看完这则故事，便想到小学时，学到的《郑人买履》的故事，两人在出发之前，均明确了自己的目标，然而在突发的状况下，却都以失败而告终，想到此，便会忍不住问一下：问什么呢？事实上，追根溯底，还是他们不知变通，不能根据实际情况，即时的调整自己的奋斗目标。因此：善于变通，无论在学习上，还是人际交往上，都是非常重要的。
在2010年的温哥华的冬奥会上，我国女子速滑可谓是一大亮点，尤其在女子1500米上，更是上演了一场龙争虎斗。在巨大的变故下，中国选手周洋以一敌七，尤其是在韩国的3名强将的完美配合中，依然赢得桂冠，这样的结果的确出人意料，可又在情理之中，试问：如果没有很好的变通能力，在面对如此突发状况之后，我们是否还能够镇定自若？试问：如果没有很好的变通能力，在面对世界顶尖选手的围追堵截，我们是否能勇夺桂冠？答案当然是否定的。一个真正懂得变通的人，是懂得根据实际情况，做出最好的判断的，而周洋无疑是这样一个人。
懂得变通是一个人成功的必然因素，然而必然因素却是有限度的。在高科技发展的今天，人们逐渐意识到教育对人才培养的重要性，因此，不少人发现了现今中国教育的弊端，不少教育家，批判家纷纷发书来批判中国教育的传统性，甚至于拿中国教育的封闭性与美国的开放性相比，更是大大贬低了中国教育的价值。然而人们是否想过，为何中国教育会出现如此窘境，是不知变通所致吗？当然不是，中国作为一个发展中国家，无论是经济，人口，亦或是其他，都在严重影响到其自身的革新与发展。例如前面所举的周洋，假如在没有强劲实力的基础下，想必，变通能力再强也不会取得如此骄人的成绩吧！
一个善于变通的人，永远都会立足于巅峰之上，他们永远都是社会的强者。渔夫第一次出海，若是懂得变通，不说他是否会成为富豪，但至少也会吃饱穿暖吧。因此，无论做什么事，我们都要学会变通，成为一名智者。
