在工作中遇到不利环境和问题时主观努力解决是关键。魏老师说得好：“埋怨环境不好，常常是我们自己不好；埋怨别人狭隘，常常是我们自己不豁达；埋怨天气恶劣，常常是我们抵抗力太弱；埋怨学生难教，常常是我们自己方法太少。”回顾自己在平凡的生活和工作中，遇到不顺时，就出现埋怨周围的环境和别人的想法，经常有不平衡心理，却不懂得从自身出发找原因，不善于改变自己来适应周围的环境。通过魏老师与陶老师的对话，我也深深懂得：在遇到问题时要变换角度思考问题，选择积极的角色进入生活，不能一味地要生来适应老师，作为一名教育者而是要去努力适应自己的学生。有了这样的认识，我们才能面对现实，才能自信地工作，千方百计地改变自己的教育教学方法，提高自己的教育教学水平。
通过陶老师与魏老师的对话，感觉他引领我们进入了一个处处都是发现，处处都是人生感悟的奇妙境界。在他的世界里，教育也是享受。他深厚的文化素养和深邃的哲学气质，让人仰慕。自感眼界有所拓宽的同时，从中也学到了应根据实际情况来借鉴的一些可行的做法。当然，在品味魏老师的感慨和收获时，有些地方让我与实际的情况相联系，也引发了不少的困惑和思考，但给我更多的是心灵的净化和启迪。
