你好！
收到你的来信，看得出来，你因为考试没考好所以有点沮丧。成长不可能是一帆风顺的，总有快乐，也会有烦恼，懂得倾诉就会轻松许多。
最近学校举办了读书节，我课余读了不少书。这次我要向你推荐一本书——《亲爱的汉修先生》，文中写的是鲍雷伊的成长故事。
鲍雷伊小时候，他的爸爸妈妈离婚了，这给他留下了很大的心里阴影，他孤独、寂寞，没有知心朋友。一次偶然的机会，他读到了汉修先生的书，因为喜欢，他鼓起勇气，和汉修先生通了信。
鲍雷伊经常在信中向汉修先生倾诉成长中的烦恼，汉修先生经常安慰他、鼓励他。慢慢地，鲍雷伊变得乐观，开朗起来，他不但学会了如何面对生活，还练就了一手好文笔，最后还获了奖。
鲍雷伊的故事让我联想到自己，与他相比，我觉得自己是个幸运儿，我有一个幸福美满的家庭。爸爸妈妈虽然工作很忙，但忙碌之余，细心地照料着我的生活，关心着我的学习，爸爸有空的时候会带我溜冰、游泳……
特别是我的妈妈，我妈妈是个中学老师，工作很辛苦，但她教我阅读、写作，带我游、旅行，让我懂得很多做人的道理、做事的方法。她是我的妈妈，也是我的知心朋友，我有什么烦恼都会向她倾诉，有什么快乐都会和她分享，我觉得她就是我生活中的“汉修先生”。
我想你的身边也有类似的汉修先生吧！另外我的心得是：心情烦躁时，看书、听音乐、吃甜点或者运动一下，出一身汗，都可以让心情平复许多。希望你快点走出低潮，期待你的来信！
