我作为团队的首席分析师，为了您能赚钱，也为了我们的心不白费，也为了实现共赢，一鸣点金在此斗胆向您提出几点要求和建议。
1、做好老师的定位。没有完美的老师，所以我们找不到喊单准确率极高，又长性感美丽，脾气又好，风格又稳健包容性又强。反过来说，您的老师有优点，也有缺点，但是您并不是找人过日子，所以，认清自己老师的风格，扬长避短很重要，这样会少生很多没必要的气，盈利也会比较乐观，正如前面所说，互相包容鼓励，以实现共赢。
2、开心投资，快乐赚钱。越轻松就越能赚钱，赚钱了就越来越轻松，这就是良性循环；如果做的很累，多半不能赚很多，所以如果你现在做的很累，继续往下看，能改善局面。如何做到轻松？
（1）经济轻松决定了心态轻松，比如用闲散资金做单，心里不慌，会避免心理负担；
（2）想做单轻松可以直接跟着操作建议就行了，我（一鸣点金）对于实仓客户的喊单，没有把握的单子一般不会喊，风险几何，心里有数，激进稳健都有提示，如果您的志向不是成为优秀的职业分析师，而只是赚钱的话，大可以傻瓜式的执行操作即可。
3、操作频繁度。打开您的操作记录，数下您操作的所有单子，除以操作的天数，看是否大于3了。估计大多数朋友都没有大于3，可能有的时候做的多，有时候又做的很少，这在医学上叫紊乱或者不调。这说明个什么问题？如果你是亏损了的话，那么你的单数是日益减少的，因为你害怕；反之，如果你赚了，那么你的单数是日益增加或者比较平稳的。另外，之前跟大家阐述过观点的：三个小时等一个点位，然后用十分钟做上并完成盈利，是远比不想等，随便找个点位下单，结果花四个小时去等盈利甚至可能扫损，要来得舒坦的多！所以，我建议，每天做单次数不需要多，把我每天给的关键点位做上就ok！只要你能保证执行力，我就能给你保证准确率！
4、仓位的合理利用。稳健的点位，可以仓位重点做短线；激进的单子或者没把握的单子就轻仓做。金字塔建仓法、减仓法等仓位技巧，老手可以多用。但是不管怎么利用仓位优势，必须保证：任何情况下不能让犯大错的机会出现，做单需止损，这是纪律问题，必须严格执行！
5、合理对待消息面和大行情。大行情是机会，也有风险。大行情要么小赚，要么保本，要么大赚，要么小亏。但无能如何不允许出现大亏的情况。做大的消息面，一定要提前做好两个准备：
（1）提前分析好数据出来的区间，比如大于哪个数利好，小于哪个数利空，便于第一时间追单；
（2）事前能有一定盈利。比如数据出来前已经有20000的盈利，那么拿出其中的10000做一个以小博大，如果方向做对就大赚一笔，做错就控制好风险，这样不会有心里压力。
6、如果出现了连续扫损，稳住，休息（这种情况非常少）。失误了把风险控制好，等恢复平静后，再操作。这样可以避免自己或者自己的老师在冲动时做出更加失误的决策，避免不必要的损失。总之，要时刻是理智的，不允许有任何出大风险的机会。
7、关于犹豫。果断做多或者果断做空，坚定一个思路，对的概率至少是一半，但是如果犹豫，百分之百赚不到钱，因为你要么对的单子做不上，要么做上了保本就会跑。所以不管是下单子，还是持有单子，事前计划好，千万别犹豫。宁可不做也不能犹豫。
总结：做白银投资本身是个很简单的数字游戏，所以我们大伙做模拟都能赚钱。可以说市场的特性就是根据人性的弱点设计出来的，是对人性的挑战，投资就是投资心态，无论是涨是跌，利好还是利空，都以一颗平常心对待，投资，工作，生活既有规律也有节奏；一个人能走多远，要看他与谁同行，一个人有多优秀，要看他有谁指点，一个人有多成功，要看他有谁相伴；做投资跟对一个专业的老师很重要。秉承做事先做人的观点，与人为善，福虽未至，祸已远去，入行以来一直把客户的利益放在首位。让我们拿着口袋开着车，尽情拾金，满载而归，来吧，让我们加紧步伐，快速成就吧！时间造就历史，历史见证实力，实力胜于雄辩！就让我们在时间的长河里，用实力铸就历史，用辉煌见证未来！一鸣点金祝您在投资之路满载而归，开心投资，快乐赚钱。

Ten years ago when my Dad and Mom took me as a baby to Guangzhou, it was a wasteland here. But what does this piece of wasteland look like nowadays? Country Garden has been developed and enlarged rapidly on the ground of this land, and a great number of high-quality houses and apartments have been built up within the garden. Over the past decade, other nine country gardens with various unique designs have been erasing around the great city of Guangzhou. The construction and management of several gardens have engaged the devoted contributions from my Dad and Mom.
Country Garden has grown up together with me, and I am one of the witnesses of its growth and development.

"Untie your sack, Mr. Fox, untie your sack," the cat shouted to him, but the dogs had already seized him, and were holding him fast.
"Oh, Mr. Fox," shouted the cat. "You and your hundred tricks are left in the lurch. If you been able to climb like I can, you would not have lost your life."

“甚么本领?”狐狸问。
“有人追我的时候，我会爬到树上去藏起来保护自己。”
“就这本事?”狐狸不屑地说，“我掌握了上百种本领，而且还有满口袋计谋。我真觉得你可怜，跟着我吧，我教你怎么从追捕中逃生。”
就在这时，猎人带着四条狗走近了。猫敏捷地窜到一棵树上，在树顶上蹲伏下来，茂密的树叶把它遮挡得严严实实。
“快打开你的计谋口袋，狐狸先生，快打开呀!”猫冲着狐狸喊道。可是猎狗已经将狐狸扑倒咬住了。“哎呀，狐狸先生，”猫喊道，“你的千百种本领就这么给扔掉了!假如你能像我一样爬树就不至於丢了性命了!”
