再一次拾起这本书已经是5年以后的事情了。今天暑假放假回家，趁着收拾屋子，整理自己的书籍，从抽屉里拿出的10来本书籍中，我第一眼就又看到了村上春树的这本书，这本关于跑步的书。
毕业5年来，我给自己定过无数的目标，其中包括每天锻炼身体，坚持跑步。可坚持不了两天，总是无疾而终。对我而言，跑步是一件，跑之前能让自己热沸腾，跑的时候让自己想要马上放弃，跑完以后觉得终于不用再跑的事情。对我而言，跑步是一件想起来非常壮美，但做起来让非常难受的事情，所以，在无数次重新开始之后，我又选择无数次放弃。
我隐隐约约记得在这本随笔散文集里，村上春树一跑，就是三十多年，不管工作多么繁忙，每天早晨6点到7点钟的时间，他的身影总是奔跑的姿态，怎么做到的？
于是，我再次翻开了这本书。
这次看书，我有了不一样的感受。当然，这些感受对于别人而言可能是老生常谈，可能是司空见惯，可能是耳熟能详，但对于我自己来说，却是一个新的开始。
我庆幸，在兜兜转转5年之后，在经历生活的潮起潮落之后，让我真真切切地明白了。

村上春树的这本书在他谈跑步的过程中，充分展现了他的人生观、价值观、世界观，以及他的做事风格。
文字不多，挺有趣的，尤其是能把跑步这么单调乏味的事写得让人看起来就放不下，可见一般哦。
用一句话概括：大名鼎鼎的村上春树无论写小说讲故事还是写随笔谈自己都很精彩。
这本谈跑步的书，让我对马拉松比赛的相关知识有所了解，跟着他的笔迹跑了好几个岛屿，真是大开眼界。也从中学到了一些东西，挺值的。
