3、唱歌时要有气息支持点：支持点也就是声音要有一个立足的地方，这个立足点也就是以横膈膜及下肋两侧做支持点，当我们咳嗽或笑的时候，可以直接感觉到它的支持作用。没有经过呼吸训练的人，唱歌时常常脸红脖子粗的，青筋直暴，歌声僵直，高音上不去，低音下不来，都是与气息支持点没有保持住有关。反之，我们掌握了呼吸方法，有了支持点的感觉，那么，歌唱发声时，便会感到声音仿佛落在我们所控制的气息上，也就是说声音是由呼吸来支持了，这种声音不但悦耳响亮，而且能强弱自如地做出各种变化来。
