不可否认，在手机使我们生活变得便利之时，也伴随着许多的问题。就在现实生活中，湖北一位?低头族?因一边走路一边玩手机，一脚踩空，跌入十五六米的深坎不幸身亡。与此同时，不少新闻都有过中学生沉迷手机的报道：明明平日温和待人的同学却因输了手游而性情大变；明明一向认真学习的同学却因沉迷手机而变得玩物丧志。同时，正因手机广而迅速的传播，不少中学生甚至是国外的`青少年将自己花一样的年华葬送在蓝鲸的游戏设置中这一幕幕都变成了的教训。
手机给我们每个人带来生活的变化，我们也应该因手机而做出改变。改变?低头族?的手机依赖，我们可以从?放下手机?开始，以减少手机依赖带给这个社会的负面影响；改变手机带来的?网络孤独感，我们可以更加注动人与人之间的真实互动。每个人改变一点点对待手机看法与依赖，我相信手机对我们生活的改变会往有利的方向去发展。
手机能改变我们的生活方式，而我们因随手机而作出改变，掌握对生活的自主权，而不是被手机而改变。
