我起来刷完牙洗完脸，就开始吃饭，吃完饭我穿好泳衣，戴好泳帽，戴好泳镜拿着桶来到了学游泳的地方，到了以后，我才发现，好多同学都到了。
“老师来了！老师来了！”有的`同学大喊，我的心里太兴奋了，因为马上就可以见到游泳池了！老师点完名，我们领了牌子进入更衣室开始换衣服。我们在换衣服的时候，有个女生问：“这里会不会有男生啊！”我说：“不可能会有！”
换完衣服，等人都到齐了以后，我们先做操，教练说这是为了活动开身体。做完操之后就开始打水。我们坐在池边，双脚一上一下地开心的用劲拍打着水，水花都溅起来了，落到脸上、身上，凉凉的。打完水，老师就让我们下水，到我下水了，我慢慢的、慢慢的下了水，忽然感觉好凉啊！但是我在心里就想：“不要紧、不要紧！”下了水老师就让我们练习憋气，先深深地吸一口气，感觉气到了肚子里，再把头伸进水里，数5秒，在这5秒之内，你需要吐气泡，5秒后，再抬头深深地吸一口气，再伸进水里，就这样反复练习。我开始每次都憋得时间不长，但我刻苦练习，终于能憋很长时间了。
下了课我就和我的小伙伴们一起去冲澡，哇！真的是太舒服了！洗完澡换上衣服，拿上东西，我们就各自回各自的家了！
今天真是太高兴了。
