近日，我阅读了，《用感恩的心的去工作》一书,大致内容是：用感恩的心去工作，你就不会产生抱怨；用感恩的心去工作，你就不会感到乏味；用感恩的心去工作，你会觉得工作是为自己；用感恩的心去工作，你在受到批评时就不会感到委屈；用感恩的心去工作，你才能真正做到宽以待人。
作为一名公交驾驶员，由于工作的性质，接触的人比较多，受的委屈也不少，但是这个工作带给我们更多的是满足，在付出我们的努力之后换来的是更多的理解和赞许。曾经有一段时间，我认为驾驶工作很乏味，每天在重复着同样的动作，日复一日，觉得工作没有太多乐趣。可当看到别的同事每天积极向上开心的面对工作，他们让我明白收获快乐是如此简单。工作可以没有乐趣，但不能没有感恩，对工作对乘客对同事都要怀有感恩之心，那么生活就有了内涵，生命就会变得有意义，对待乘客要始终抱着感恩之心，宽以待人，心怀帮助。我想人人都这样，社会就会和谐，人际关系就会改善，企业就会发展，国家就会富强，最重要的是你就会快乐，工作就有乐趣了。
企业为我们创作了工作机会，我们应当珍惜这份稳定的收入，稳定的收入是生活的源泉，这个世界根本没有哪份工作必须你来做才能完成，而是你必须要有一份工作来维持你的生活，不是工作需要你，而是每个人都需要一份工作。
在工作中学会感恩，感恩公司，作为员工，企业为我们提供了就业机会；感恩乘客，让我们的付出换来丰厚的回报；更需要感恩的是我们的驾驶员工作，带给我们人格的成熟，品质的提升，使我们内心最善良的一面得到体现，即使受到委屈，但是自问无愧自己的良心，那就够了，何必为一时的不痛快而失去自我呢？只有心怀感恩之心才能体会生活的美丽，才能让我们在平淡的生活之中寻找到乐趣。
所谓滴水之恩当涌泉相报。既然不得不工作，既然企业给了我们机会，我们何必整天去抱怨呢？抱怨只能换来心情的沮丧从而也给安全带来隐患，也会把这种坏心情带给乘客，高高兴兴上班垂头丧气下班，我想不是我们要的，如果能有一颗感恩的心去感谢企业对你的帮助，感谢乘客让你在工作中不乏味，对他们的感恩用你的善良去成就，乘客对你说一声谢谢，给你一个微笑，我想工作尽管有点累，也会快乐的。
感谢父母给了我一次生存的机会，感谢企业给了我一次成长的机会，感谢生命给了我一次爱的机会，爱就是感恩，感恩就是爱。

—读《用感恩的心去工作》心得体会《用感恩的心去工作》这本书，是塑造企业感恩文化的最佳心灵读本，然而我认为“感恩”同样对于教育事业也是必不可少的。
常言道：“滴水之恩，当涌泉相报”。用感恩的心去工作，是真情的让我们怀着感恩的心来工作。“谁言寸草心，报得三春晖。”父母给我们生命，养育我们长大，我们应该怀有感恩的心去孝敬回报父母；同样单位给了我们工作，让自己能够在这平凡的三尺讲台上演绎自己不平凡的人生，我们应该感恩回报单位；还有帮助过我们的每一个人我们都应该心存感激！身为教师，应该以感恩的心去对待自己的工作，对待那天真无邪、聪明可爱的孩子。
对于学生难于管理，这是现在教育中普遍存在的问题。先前的我总是在抱怨，后期改变中的我则要努力做到积极应对，采取多种方法、多种途径和学生沟通。通俗地讲，我们没有选择学生的权利，只能用感恩的心去对待每一名学生，尤其有个性的学生更应多给予关注与关爱。
在这本书有这样一个故事：
师弟向师父数落师兄的不是，举例说了很长时间，师父耐心地听完后说：这世界天一半，地一半；善一半，恶一半；清一半，浊一半。但你只能接受一半，你的世界不完整。包容不完善的世界，就可拥有完整的世界。师弟顿悟。非常简短的寓言故事却寓意深远：一个人要想成功，必须存在一颗感恩的心！只有感恩，才会懂得宽容，不再抱怨，不在计较，才会更加珍惜，会以更加积极地态度去回报我们身边的人，去坚定自己的教育事业，使我们的生活、教学处处存在动人的风景。
《用感恩的心去工作》它告诉我：沐浴在家人的'爱之中，只有用一颗感恩的心、用感恩的真实行动来关心爱人、呵护爱人。感恩爱人给我们希望、温暖、帮助、更给予我们动力与快乐。感恩朋友、善待朋友，便是给自己架设了一座通往未来的桥梁，同时也是为自己构筑了一个幸福的舞台。
拥有一颗感恩的心，善于发现事物的美好，感受平凡中的美丽，那我们就会以坦荡的心境、开阔的胸怀来应对生活中的酸甜苦辣，让原本的生活焕发出迷人的光彩。带着爱和感恩的心工作，你的心情会更加舒畅，效率会更加快捷，成就会更加辉煌。
我们的生命中不能没有感恩。感恩亲人、朋友、感恩上司、同事，感恩生命中的每一个人。
