去年暑假的一天，大姑与姐姐带我上茶田采茶叶。大姑的任务是找到茶田里茶叶长得最茂盛的茶树，我与姐姐的任务是采茶叶。
在茶田里，茶树十分矮小，就像灌木丛那样，他们都是一整排整整齐齐的排列着，从高处俯视，就像是绿色的翡翠，近看则像是一排排整齐的队伍。茶叶长得像小水滴，上窄下宽，十分的薄，茶叶满身都是绿色，十分光滑，没有一丝污黑，十分晶莹，十分透亮。
我们开始采茶叶了，茶叶的两旁都有小叶子，与茶叶很相似，所以在采茶时要很仔细。我们采茶叶时，先找到茶叶的底部，然后用手一掐，茶叶就被采摘掉了。我看姐姐采茶叶时动作那样娴熟，很利索，她掐茶叶时一掐一个准，不一会儿，茶叶就装满一桶了。
我与姐姐赶紧跑到大姑面前给大姑看我们的劳动成果。大姑说：“嗯，你们真棒！要不然我们把茶叶买了，给你们买雪糕好不好？”“好”我与姐姐高兴的说。
于是我与姐姐捧着一桶的茶叶，手拉着手，高高兴兴的度过了这一天！

我奶奶家住在安徽省太湖县的最南边，那里山清水秀美丽极了！奶奶家门前有一大片翠绿的竹林，竹林的下面是我们家清清的池塘，小鸭子与白鹅每天都在鱼塘里悠闲的游来游去。鱼塘的旁边是我们家的茶山，茶叶是长青植物所以一年四季都是绿绿的，茶山周围是一块块金黄的梯田远远的看过去就像一幅美丽的图画。
李时珍在《本草纲目》中有记载，说百年的老茶有降糖的功效，我老爷有糖尿病所以我每年回奶奶家都会上山给老爷采茶。妈妈告诉我清明前三天与后三天的嫩茶是最好的，但是我们采的确是根部的老叶子，妈妈说茶叶越老降糖的功效越好。刚开始的时候感觉采茶挺好玩的，采了一会就觉得没意思了不停的吹促妈妈带我们去其它地方玩，妈妈说：“我们一年才回来一次采的茶叶要够老爷喝一年才可以，老爷自从喝了老茶叶与控制饮食已经很多年不用吃药了。”听了妈妈的话想一想老爷对我那么好我就有静下心来继续采茶。
虽然是一次简单的采茶行动，让我感觉到了浓浓的亲情与关爱，也让我了解到了很多茶文化，总之收获很大！
