My preference depends on the purpose of the travel. On a summer vacation I travel to refresh myself and to see the countryside. I can plan my own schedule. I can choose my own route. I can stop where I like. 在我上初中的时候，我们班上有一个女同学非常的`内向，总是沉默寡言。在班上同学晚自习总是说的热火朝天，吵吵闹闹的时候，她总是安静的坐在桌子上，专心的看书。但是她的成绩并不是那么的出众。班上的很多同学不免议论纷纷，他们总是在背后说：“平时看起来文文静静，安心的学习，其实原来没什么了不起的，假认真，一直装模做样，成绩还不是不咋滴。”其实她成绩平平没什么错，换成其他人，别人也不会议论纷纷。她们议论的是差异。因为这名文静的同学和她们有着不一样的差异，所以她们看不惯。她们不习惯这种差异。我们每个人都会对与自己不一样的东西产生反抗。我们都喜欢同化别人，把自己的主观思想强行加在别人的身上。殊不知，这是对别人的一种不尊重，也是对差异的不尊重。我想说的是，尊重人与人之间的差异，别人与你不同是必然的，不会每一个人都一样。试着理解别人，尊重差异。
我想每个人都听说过入乡随俗这句话吧。或许你只是单纯的认为去到一个地方就按照那个地方的习俗去做事。但是我想这个词语背后想要传达的深层含义却是尊重各个国家之间的差异。每个国家都有每个国家一些特定的文化习俗，当你去到那个国家，尊重那里的习俗。比如说，在中国，我们不喜欢吃面条的时候发出声响，这被当做是没有礼貌，比较粗鲁的一种行为。所以在中国我们尽量吃面的时候不发出声响。而在日本，当你吃面条的时候发出声响，这是一种对主人准备的食物满意的表现。这是对准备食物的主人的肯定。代表你喜欢他们的招待。这两种习俗产生了很大的差异，但是没有那种习俗更好的这种比较，我们要做的是入乡随俗，尊重各种差异的产生，不断包容。不断融合。
