功夫不负有心人，经过一段时间的刻苦练习，我终于学会了下腰、趴“一字脚”压腿、踢腿等基本功，适逢学校举办“普写艺术人生，共建美好家园”晚会，我们十几个小朋友以“青春舞曲”参加演出，还赢得了观众阵阵掌声，这是我的心是想吃了巧克力一样——是甜甜的呀！
苦
在 不知不觉中，我已经学完了初级班，妈妈又给我报了提高班，在提高班老师教我们的下腰的方法可真够叫我受的：先背对着墙，双手撑在墙上，慢慢地往上撑，开始 练习时先躺在垫子上，用下腰的姿势把自己撑起来，有时候才撑到一半，撑不稳了，又摔下来，摔得手、脚青一块、紫一块的，这滋味可真是苦啊！
辣
经 过一段时间的刻苦练习，我能下腰自如啦！在提高班中我可算是数一数二的“高手”喽！所以吕老师破格把我调到高级班里，在高级班里老师教我们练翻跟斗，我就 常常为了练好一个翻跟斗的动作，而需要练习许多遍，摔得我后背都受伤啦！我就只好背朝天，让妈妈帮我用药水揉背上的伤，药水涂到了伤处的'时候，真是火辣辣 的耶！好痛哦！大家快来救命啊！
通过这次学舞蹈，我不但尝尽、尝遍了跳舞的酸甜苦辣，还懂得了一个深刻的道理：无论事情有多难，只要有决心，就一定能克服人生道路中任何的困难！让我们冲向成功吧！加油啊！
