还记得吗？你在雨中伫立，那白色的衣衫与红色的伞，是印在我心底难以磨灭的风景。
我去绘画比赛那天，你病了。比赛场地不算近但也不太远，我想自己走着去，于是好说歹说你才同意我独自前去。可就快出门时，天公不作美——下起了倾盆大雨，这下你说什么也不干了。“那么大的雨，你又要拿颜料画笔什么的，怎么行啊？”你用沙哑的嗓子这样对我说。妈妈这是为什么？为什么你要带病还冒雨送我呢？
走在路上，我想替你拿伞，毕竟你是病人，可你却坚决要自己拿，“你拿伞的话和我不送你有什么两样？”我拗不过你，只好将伞交给你。雨很大，我却一点也没有淋湿。走在我们前面的两个人也是同撑一把伞，他们怎么都有一半的身子湿了呢？我转头看你，原来你把伞向我这边靠着，我轻轻将伞推往你那一边，可过一会儿你又将手中的伞向我这边倾斜。你看着我疑惑的眼神忙说：“这把伞太重拿不稳。”这是一个多么拙劣的谎言啊，却又那么的`美丽动人。妈妈这是为什么？为什么你明明是故意的却装作无心呢？如果是真的又为什么明知拿不稳还硬要帮我撑伞呢？
到了考场我看见有些家长也送了过来，他们都不停地在叮嘱孩子要怎么怎么样，而孩子们都不耐烦地挥挥手就进了考场。你却什么都没说，事实上从我们出发开始就没有多说几句话，几乎一路沉默。你说过怕传染给我。我走进考场后回头看，却发现你并没有走开，你朝我做了个加油的手势，然后对我笑了。妈妈这是为什么？为什么你不快点回家呢？为什么我看见你的笑心中顿时充满力量？我想我明白了，都明白了……
后来我在主题为“爱”的绘画比赛中画了这样一幅图画：在一片灰暗中，一个撑着红伞的人在笑，她的身上有滴下的水珠，白色在灰暗背景中显得格外亮，而红色的伞又让这幅在雨天的画显得带着些暖意。我给它取名为《风景》。
是因为爱吧，你带病冒雨送我去考场；是因为爱吧，你把伞向我倾斜；是因为爱吧，你既怕传染给我又想为我加油鼓劲；是因为爱吧，我看见你的笑容才会感到一种温暖的力量……
那是我心底的风景，火红的伞就是你那热切的心；滴水的白衣则是你爱的雨露，对吗？

On a summer vacation I travel to refresh myself and to see the countryside. When I use my feet and walk on a grass covered path or among the hills I feel detached from the noise of the city and closer to the nature. And when I travel on foot I get more freedom. I can plan my own schedule. I can choose my own route. I can stop where I like. And I can see things and people that I might miss if I travel on a train or on a bus.暑假的时候，我通过旅游去释放自己和游览乡间。当我用双脚走在铺满小草的小径或山间时，我感觉（自己）远离城市的喧嚣，并且更亲近大自然。当我徒步旅行时我可以得到更多的自由。我可以自己选择行程。我可以自己选择路线。只要喜欢，我就可以停下来。而且我可以看到很多人和事，那些我可能乘坐火车或公车旅行而错失的。
When faster and more convenient ways for travel are becoming available, I still favor using my own feet. I get much pleasure from it. 当更快、更方便的旅游方式变成通用的，我仍然支持用自己的双脚（旅行），我从中得到了许多乐趣。

有一个冬天的晚上，我画到很晚我的画画作品也没有画完，妈妈非常生气，严厉的对我说：“如果你怕艰苦，不能坚持，那么你就不学了吧。”我撅了撅嘴，毫不在乎的说：“哼!不学不学了。”双方剑拔弩张，妈妈顿了一顿，将我拉到沙发旁边坐了下来和颜悦色的给我讲了一个宜昌历史名人欧阳修的故事，欧阳修曾任夷陵(今湖北宜昌县令，他小时父亲去世了，家里生活十分困难。他的母亲没钱买笔，就用芦苇杆在地上写写画画，教儿子学习。欧阳修也十分刻苦读书。后来中了进士，文章名冠天下。唐宋八大家中的宋代六家，其他五家差不多都出自他的门下，其中就包括大名鼎鼎的苏东坡。听了这个故事，让我明白了一个道理：“任何人的成功都是他长期坚持、刻苦努力的结果。”我想到了多年来不管刮风下雨还是烈日炎炎，妈妈都送我去学画画，当时我的心里感到十分惭愧。
“宝剑锋从磨砺出，梅花香自苦寒来。”
从那以后我学画画就更加用心了，又多次获得了全国和省市美术比赛的奖励。去年暑假爸爸妈妈为了增长我的知识面，还专门带我到武汉去参观了湖北省博物馆，欣赏到了很多古代精美的艺术品呢。
