Everyone, there is a room for their own, I am no exception. My room has walls, windows, bed, pillow, and desk, bookcase and. Of course, there's a baby - like the Pearl River Piano, finish the homework every day, I will sit on the stool practice half an hour.
There's a secret in my room that you can't guess. Guess what, what is it? As a matter of fact, my room has two floors, and there is a push door beside the bookcase. 由“半信半疑”到“沦陷怀疑”再到“坚定不移”我走过多久？这个感悟加深我的信念。
首先坦诚，我不是学霸，相反，我在学生时代是更多人眼中的“学渣”，但是好在我一直坚守在最后的人生大学—“社会“中，我没有不学习，才有今天能够提笔分享给更多人的能力。今天，分享一个由刘总辛苦剪辑的“衡水中学”纪实短片《学霸是怎样炼成的》感悟。
这是在我们一次团队培训中，分享的一个视频短片，有幸上台讲解了自己的感悟，下面
我在上学时期，就听闻“衡水一中，那里的人，吃饭都是跑着的；”“人家学习好的学生，早晨六点多就起床背诵”。就好像是大家常说的“隔壁家的孩子”一样教导着我应该如何好好学习，天天向上。甚至，我曾问过衡水的朋友，衡水中学，真的这么可怕吗？对方也是点头回应；但是那时候的我，不以为然。不过结果，那些学习刻苦的人，上到了一所好大学，而我在人生第一场角逐中落败。
看到这个视频，我第一反映是震撼，因为我这是第一次看，却感觉如此真实。为什么？这也是为什么能看湿我的眼，因为，我确实在后来的“大学”里如此一般的刻苦了，我能感受的到。
也由此，诞生了我当时在本上写的第一个感受：“他们找到和体验过成功以及成功的路径”。
在视频中还可以发现，其中的早晨跑操一幕，以班级为单位，每行同学间隔不超过20公分，在这个间距下，跑起来，大家是不会散的，因为每个人都需要步调一致才能平稳向前；而且，学生们纷纷争先恐后的态度离不开学校打造的优秀的“不以官大、钱多就能进这个学校”的大环境。所以，我在本上写的第二个感受是“环境与方法的.互相成就”。好的环境离不开好的方法，同样，好的方法同样需要好的环境。
视频中记录到，每位学生从早“跑”到了晚。吃饭不到10分钟时间，“睡不脱衣、吃饭要跑”。因为他们不想在任何环节丢掉成功的“机会”。这个也恰恰仿佛印证了开
通过视频开头介绍的学校16/17/18年考入清华、北大顶级学府的139、175、214逐年递增的数字中，我们可以发现学校和学生的成功。我们也可以大肆预判的是，这些新生代都在用比我们更早的努力和刻苦无情的压榨我们这一代人的生存、出彩的机会空间。我在本上深深的写下第四个感受：我已在下层。因为，起码在那一段本可以有的时间维度里，做的没有他们这批新生代出色；而我也只能在接下来的时间中，尽全力补充上来，力争上游。虽然，我知道，也许我们再也碰不到......
最后，第五个感受，我是以问句写出：如果你的孩子在其中，你会心疼还是欣慰？也许，这个社会无法给你心疼的机会，因为都在努力前行、刻苦奋斗，不进则退啊。当然，成功不是只有这一条路，但是我们所读的成功学者书、成功者的话，都在告诉我们一个道理：“幸福，是奋斗出来的！”
