The letter gives you a macro-view of your initial vision and lets you recognize how your current vision differs from the past.

In order to stop what buses cause, a large amount of hand must be used to widen the roads. On the contrary, the subway train is of more advantages. Except the difficulty and high cost of building the subway, it is superior to the buses in many aspects.

1、尊重孩子的同时要让孩子学会尊重他人。
人需要得到尊重，孩子也一样需要受到尊重，所以， 我们作为孩子家长，不要在其他人面前羞辱孩子。对涉及她的事情，我们应当尊重他本人的意见，对无理要求，多与其交换意见，得到她的.理解，这样她受到你的尊重，同样，涉及你他人的事情，他也会尊重他人的意见。
2、对待孩子要保持心平气和 ，更不要在情绪失控时责罚孩子。
平时，当我们叫孩子做某事时，如果他不愿意或不理睬时，我们就会不耐烦地对他大声吼或者威胁她，缺乏耐心，导致孩子很委屈，事半工倍。一旦家长对孩子要求不愿意或者不理睬时，孩子对家长也会采取同样的方法，容易导致孩子蛮不讲理。
3、表扬孩子要具体化且要鼓励持久性
现在的孩子都喜欢听表扬，对日常生活中她做的好的事件，多表扬几句，如：你好棒，好乖，好聪明，她会很高兴。而且下次做同样的事情，她就更加愿意去做。但是家长还应当将她做的好的地方具体分析，并且不断提高要求，以免造成什么都是她最好的意识，没有虚心学习他人长处的习惯。 4、让孩子快乐的学习
多让孩子参加力所能及的活动，多动手，多动脑，管理自己的事情，让孩子提供管理自己的事情，获得良好的锻炼。加上家长良好的指导、表扬，让孩子多些快乐成长经历，快乐的学习。
5、让孩子有梦想
让孩子有梦想，并为自己的梦想付出努力。要孩子不能够碌碌无为，应当积极向上，天天进步，树立良好的价值观。不能够盲从，坚持理想。
五、与社会教育、学习教育同步
1、注意和谐家庭建设
家庭琐事，家庭矛盾，应当避开孩子处理，明确和谐家庭环境，是孩子心灵健康成长的保障。
2、多与孩子交流青春期秘密
让孩子多了解青春期秘密，树立良好的青春期心态，对孩子进行正确的引导，免受非法侵害，消除孩子对青春期的恐惧。
3、多与孩子交流国家重要历史人物、历史事件
让孩子更多了解历史人物、历史事件，有利于孩子树立正确的人生观、价值观，知荣辱、廉耻。
4、多鼓励孩子参加社会活动
让孩子参加社会活动，可以多结交朋友，有更多的机会学习特殊事情的处理办法，让孩子知道如何收获都需要辛勤的耕耘。
5、多爱好，形成良好的品德、修养
培养孩子多些爱好，比如书画、、弹琴等等，既可增加业务爱好，也有利于孩子形成良好的品德、修养。
6、家长树立良好的榜样
家长作为孩子的第一老师，也是终身老师，必须处处起到示范作用，从自己做起，树立良好榜样。
