端正态度，出了我们良好的职业素养，我认为，非常重要的一点就是一定要意识到自己的工作很重要。做销售没有前期准备工作，等于没带武器上战场，所以后勤人员很重要，没有会计，公司的'收入支出无法得到合理的分配，有可能销售人员为公司赚了很多钱，结果发现，最终企业一直在亏损，因此管理人员很重要，人力资源等等很重要。
很多时候我们工作做项目离不开团队合作，每个企业都讲究团队精神。其实所谓的团结，是一种被要求的形式，是被动的，个人推崇的是主动配合。在管理者下达任务后，具体实施工作中，肯定会有不同的分歧，进而因意见不同会产生工作的纰漏。作为一个有端正工作态度的员工，他是团队是的粘合剂，502，她不仅很好的完成本职工作，还会修复同事工作的纰漏，而不是急于跟同事划清界限，表明与此事我无关。
