老年人在经历了人世浮华之后，反而将心归于宁静、简约，达到了人生的自然境界。老年的`季羡林喜欢陪着他的老猫，于阳光下，于清风中，饮一杯清茗，品一段佳句，这是何等的惬意！而古人也一样，“有朋自远方来”这可是件大喜事，闲聊一整天或是对弈一整晚，将自己的心灵归于自然，远离尘嚣，这才是人生的最终壮态。我们都会为这样的情景所感动：夕阳下，一对老年人携手缓缓走在石子路上，岁月给他们的身影镀上金边，这就是美，这就是自然的境界啊！
人生得意、失意不过一时而已。很多时候，我们需要以简单的心，洗却尘世的浮华，达到宁静淡泊的自然境界。
