端午节是我国的传统节日，在这天，人们要裹香甜可口的家乡粽子。
谈起家乡粽子，历史上还有个传说。公元前278年五月初五那天，由于屈原不愿意随波逐流活着，投江自己。人们把竹筒子里的米撒了下去，算是献给屈原。第二年人们划船把竹筒子盛了米撒到水里去祭祀他。后来，他们又把盛着米饭的竹筒子改为家乡粽子。家乡粽子外面包上箬竹叶，四角形状，系上五彩绳，再投进江里。
于是从那时到现在，人们每年农历五月初五都要裹家乡粽子吃。家乡制作家乡粽子所需的材料有：箬竹叶、细长的棕叶、糯米、板栗、腊肉、蜜枣。妈妈先把箬竹叶与棕叶一起放在清水中浸泡，并用刷子洗干净，把腊肉切成腊肉丁;然后将箬竹叶围成圆锥的形状，像一个又尖又大的漏斗，用勺子盛起糯米一层一层的平铺在箬竹叶上，一边放上板栗，另一边放上蜜枣;接着将腊肉丁放在中间，再铺上一层薄薄的糯米，好像为板栗、蜜枣、腊肉盖上雪白的被子;最后把箬竹叶裹起来，成为一个个家乡粽子，每头有两个尖锐的小角，好像一个穿着绿衣裳，顶着四角帽的小精灵。这样，一个家乡粽子就做成功了。
家乡粽子包好以后，放在锅中煮上几个小时，便可出锅拿来品尝了。妈妈打开锅盖，一股热气立刻冲了出来，热气中掺杂着浓浓的香气，扑鼻而来。我解开家乡粽子的衣裳，里面露出了白花花、香喷喷的糯米，咬下去一口，糯米既脆又软又黏，十分润滑。一颗颗糯米就像一颗颗白玉珍珠，一边的蜜枣散发出诱人的气息，像一颗颗红珍珠，它那耀眼的光彩染红了周围的糯米，使白糯米换上了红衣裳。蜜枣甜甜的，又香又脆，板栗虽有点苦涩，但苦尽甘来，使人回味无穷。
吃家乡粽子有很多种方法，可以放在锅里煮，可以放在火炉上烤，还可以切成片状，放在锅里煎。家乡粽子吃不完可以放在冰箱里，储存很久，想吃时再拿出来煮、煎着吃，也可以送给亲朋好友，增加朋友之间的友谊。

端午节，插艾叶。粽子香，香满堂。今天，是我人生中第一次包粽子，小激动哦，这份体验值得珍藏。
一大早，爷爷就为我们精心准备了材料：煮熟的芦叶，淘洗干净的糯米、赤豆，鲜酱油腌渍入味的瘦肉。
万事俱备，只欠动手，我撸起袖子准备大干一场。手巧的妈妈先动起手来，只见她拿起三张芦叶，错开、顺次排好，接着把芦叶卷成一个精致的漏斗型，然后往里面加几勺米，接着左折折右折折，最后用棉绳一绑，三下两下的，一个严严实实的粽子就完成了。
我看得手痒痒，便也学着妈妈的样子，小心翼翼地开工了。可是，我的“漏斗”要么漏米，要么芦叶开裂，问题百出，急得我抓耳挠腮。
妈妈微笑着说：“很多事看着容易，真正操作起来就难了，这是有技巧的。”说完就手把手地教我。一遍又一遍，我的“小漏斗”也终于有点模样啦!
放米、入馅儿，都很顺利，就在我暗自庆幸，觉得自己快要成功时，一只大大的拦路虎出现了。给粽子封口卷芦叶时，米粒从各个角落“跳”出来。按住这边，那边漏了;按住那边，这边漏了。哎，直接用绳子捆起来得了。于是，我急忙拿起一根棉绳绕呀绕，想把粽子捆紧一些，结果叶子破碎，一个粽子全散架了。呜……
关键时刻，老妈救场。妈妈抓着我的手，一步一步地完成了整个过程。之后，我百般尝试，在手忙脚乱中完成了一个又一个形状不一的粽子。耶!
今天的包粽实践，让我明白：世上无难事，只怕有心人。任何事情只要用心去做，用心去努力，就一定会有所收获。

今天是端午节，这个节日是纪念屈原先生的`。人们会在这天赛龙舟、吃粽子，我和妈妈就包了好多粽子。
下午，我和妈妈一起参加了一个亲子包粽子活动。我们来到艺鑫，老师已经在布置场地了。一进门，就能看到大厅中间两张长长的桌子和写着“艺鑫之端午粽子”的黑板，还有好多五颜六色的气球，好像在向我们招手。
等大家都到齐了，我们就开始包粽子。我和妈妈都不会包粽子。刚开始，总是要把粽叶弄破。包的粽子又松又难看。但我们跟着“粽子老师”包了一遍又一遍，终于会包了，包得又快又结实。我们把粽叶做成圆锥形，在里面放上红豆，用筷子戳一戳，让粽子变结实，好像一个冰淇淋蛋筒。再把上面的粽叶角叠下来，捏住，往右转一圈，用绳子系住，打个结，就做好了。包粽子真有趣。
粽子煮熟以后，我一连吃了三个，因为是自己包的粽子，我感觉特别好吃。

these young people are wrong. in my opinion every student should have a knowledge of housework. after all, they will have a family of their own, and they should do their part in keeping a good home. boys should also learn to do housework, for what will they do if they remain single? though not all boys remain single, yet they will be very helpful in the family if they know some housework. anyhow they will not lose anything, but, on the contrary, they will gain something useful.
for what i said above, we can find some eamples of our fellow-students studying abroad. all young men do housework as girls do. someone would argue that we can employ servants. this is true. however, what shall we do if the servant leaves us and all things are left to ourselves? we just cannot leave our clothes as they are and let worms and ants eat them up. and what can we do it we go and study in a foreign country where servants are out our means to employ? we must work for ourselves. why not start to learn to do housework now or else it will be too late? everyone should learn to do housework. what do you think about my idea, boys and girls?
