On September 10, our order for 280 women's cotton sweaters was duly received, but we regret to say that 40 cotton sweaters in white color were seriously soiled.
We had the case investigated immediately, and the result shows the damage was due to improper packing, for which the suppliers are definitely responsible.
Needless to say, we have suffered a great loss from this, as we cannot sell the sweaters in this condition to our customers. We ask you to conduct investigation at your end and reply to us.

儿子，知道吗？这么多年来，你的活泼可爱，你的乖巧懂事带给了爸爸妈妈、爷爷奶奶多少的欢乐，那是谁也无法代替的欢乐。尤其是爸爸在外地， 你在奶奶那边或者在学校里，妈妈一个人在家时，到了晚上，你都要给妈妈打电话聊聊天，你想让妈妈一个人在家不那么孤单寂寞。所以，妈妈要谢谢你，我的.乖乖，你是个很懂事、很孝顺的孩子，这让妈妈很欣慰！很快乐！
“可伶天下父母心”，你明白这句话的含义的，妈妈希望儿子更加优秀，长大之后成为国家栋梁之材，所以你要理解妈妈的良苦用心哟，要想成为优秀的孩子，学习成绩一定要好的，以前老师说过你上课有时不够专心哟，好好上课太重要了，儿子你懂的，妈妈说过它的重要性，你一定要专心听讲，不要分心，不要开小差，更不能和同学说话的，一定要改正过来，你能改正这个缺点吗？妈妈拭目以待哟！
还有一个问题，妈妈有时问你话，你半天不回答，有时是心不在焉，有时是赌气，有时可能真不知怎么回答，于是你选择沉默，可妈妈着急了，不知道你究竟在想什么？不知道你为什么不回答？出于礼貌你也得回话对吧，所以妈妈希望问你话时，你想什么就大胆说出来，说错了妈妈也不会怪你，再说你不说出来，我怎么知道你在想什么呢，我会乱猜，一方面会误会你，另一方面我总问你，你却一直沉默，妈妈一着急，就只有生气甚至施展“狮吼功”了。所以妈妈发脾气，你还是有责任的哟。呵呵，当然妈妈发脾气这主要是妈妈的错，我脾气不好，性子急，所以着急了就要吼人，是妈妈不对，我会尽量注意的，但你要配合哟，不要惹妈妈“发功”哟！
知道吗？儿子，无论与谁相处都要善于交流，你都要多说话，心里想说什么要说出来，不要总是沉默，要多沟通，长大以后你的生活、工作中也必须与人相处，沟通更重要，我喜欢我的儿子很开朗、爱说，话多，跟谁都很容易相处，如果和妈妈这样性格、脾气不好的人你都能很好的交流，那将来你绝对是个善于交流的优秀人才。
另外，关于大一点的我都要求你考上前三名的问题，儿子有意见了，你说有很大的压力，这次正式给我提出来了，很好！现在妈妈已经意识到这个问题了，名次不是衡量我儿成绩的唯一标准，关键是你平时的基础必须很扎实，综合历次考试成绩很稳定就好，妈妈以前的观念有些偏激，平常儿子没跟妈妈说过这个问题，这次说出来，我才知道你很反感我的这个要求，妈妈会纠正自己错误的观念，所以你想什么一定要说出来哟，不然我以为你赞同我的想法呢，呵呵，这次跟妈妈书信交流不就有收获了吗？这就是多沟通多交流的好处哟！
儿子，关于信中写给爸爸的内容，爸爸已经看过了，但爸爸在外地出差，不能亲自给儿子回信，委托妈妈代劳了，爸爸说，先要谢谢儿子对爸爸的关心，你提的意见也很好，爸爸的烟酒瘾是有点大，现在工作忙加上儿子的意见，爸爸不好意思了，烟酒已少了很多，请儿子放心！还有打牌的事情，儿子误会了，前些日子你看爸爸打牌时间多一点，那段时间都是自家亲人邀约，加上那时工作不忙，玩得多一点，平常几乎没玩，总得来说爸爸打牌很少的，万不得已偶尔才玩一下的，所以也请儿子放心！
儿子，妈妈是不是说得太多了，你有时也嫌妈妈唠叨，那妈妈就聊到这里，留点以后再说好吗？

The packages containing the computer sets appeared to be in good condition and we accepted and signed for them without question. We unpacked the computer sets with care and can only assume that damage must be due to careless handling at some stage prior to packing.
We shall be glad if you will replace all 20 sets as soon as possible. Meanwhile, we have put the damaged computer sets aside in case you need them to support a claim on your suppliers for compensation.
