我第一次见到国王企鹅，是在我幼儿园时，那次，我们全家一起到动物园，我们在园区里逛了很久，终于找到了“企鹅馆”。一进到里面，哇!墙上琳瑯满目的企鹅图卡，介绍了许多企鹅的习性，令我目不暇给。这时，我看见前方有一个大玻璃箱，里面有好几只国王企鹅，有的在水里游泳，有的在岸上互相追逐，真有趣。 在玻璃箱旁，我还看到几只栩栩如生的企鹅雕像以及告示牌，上面提到企鹅容易受到惊吓，所以希望游客不要拍打玻璃箱或使用闪光灯拍照。我在“企鹅馆”内流连 许久，最后才依依不舍的离开。
由于人类不断的开发，间接影响了动物们生存的环境，目前全球暖化问题严重，南北极的冰层逐渐融化，企鹅正面临绝种的危机。我们身为地球的一份子，应该努力阻止这样的事情发生，人人做好环保，让各种生物得以在这美丽的星球上继续生存。
