马良是一个穷苦的孩子。他很酷爱画画。没有画笔，他就用树枝在地上画，用草根在沙滩上画，画天上的鸟，画水中的鱼。经过刻苦努力，他终于学会了画画。他的精神终于感动了上帝。他得到了一支“画什么就有什么”的神笔。
马良爱憎分明。他用这支笔只给穷人画画，画拉犁的耕牛，画浇地的水车；在监牢的墙上画了一扇门，救出了被关押的乡亲。他用自己的`画笔，把欺压穷人的大官们葬身海底。
假如我是马良，我也拥有这样一支神笔，我就要用它好好为人民服务。
看到我们西安的交通这么拥挤，我会在环城路、二环路及城市的几个主要街道，画上十几座漂亮的立交桥，使城里城外的交通不再拥挤，永远通畅。
我还会在解放路和东西南北四条大街，多画上几个像钟楼地下盘道一样宽敞明亮的地下通道，使横穿马路的大人和小孩，不再担心会出现交通事故。
我会为我们西安画上富丽堂皇、美丽无比的地铁，和北京、上海的地铁一样。把西安的一环、二环都连起来，将来还要连通三环、四环，使城里城外的人们出行时既方便，又迅速，而且又很安全。
我会为农村的小朋友多画几所“希望小学”。校园里有漂亮的教学大楼，宽敞的大操场，有实验室、微机室，还有绿色的草坪和五颜六色的鲜花。使每个班级都有宽敞明亮的教室，教室里有崭新、整齐的桌椅，上面铺着浅蓝色的桌布，大家都是免费上学，用的都是新文具、新书包。
我还会画一种新的空气清新器，将所有的空气进行净化，转化为新鲜空气，使全世界的人们，时时刻刻都能呼吸到没有任何污染的新鲜空气。使人们个个身体健康。老人老当益壮，健康长寿；小孩们健康活泼，茁壮成长。
