刚学会自己吃饭时，记忆中的一件事，格外深刻，影响我到现在。
那是个周末，妈妈精心地准备了一桌子美味可口的晚餐。看着那些诱人的美味，嘴馋的我垂涎欲滴，觉得肚子饿的更加厉害，‘咕咕’叫得更响了，便忍不住用那刚学会拿筷子的小手伸向盘中的美味。妈妈看见了连忙阻止说：“不能用手拿菜吃啊，手上有细菌的，要用筷子。”眼看着吃不到，我急了，说：“我手洗干净了，我早记住饭前要洗手，不信你看。”我将自己那白白嫩嫩的小手伸给妈妈看。妈妈笑着又说：“那也不行啊，洗得再干净还是会有细菌的，更何况你要是在家里养成了这个习惯，到别人家去做客也这样用手拿菜吃，显得多不文雅，多不礼貌啊。”我一听有道理，便耐心地等着妈妈盛饭拿筷子。终于妈妈给饭和筷子端到我面前，我想这下可以吃了吧，便迫不及待地拿筷子去拣菜，没想到这次妈妈又阻止了我，说：“要等爸爸妈妈上桌后一起吃。”又不能吃，我不高兴了，嘟着嘴问：“为什么呀？”妈妈告诉我：“等爸爸妈妈一起吃，这样才是爱爸爸妈妈，尊重爸爸妈妈的表现，而不是只顾着自己先吃，你说对吗？还有在外面就餐一定要等人都到齐后才能吃，这样才礼貌，表示出对别人的尊敬。”虽然我很不情愿，可还是将妈妈的话牢牢记在心里。终于开饭了，我将盘中的菜一股脑儿地拣到碗里，碗里堆得高高的，都快漫出来了，不一会儿便吃饱，高兴地说：“我吃饱了，下去玩了啊。”妈妈伸长脖子一看，我碗里还有饭没吃完，再一次阻止到：“不行，你碗里的饭还没吃完呢，不能下桌子。”我说：“可我吃饱了呀。”妈妈说：“那也得给碗里的饭吃完，浪费是一种不文明的表现。”我又只好乖乖地给碗里剩饭吃完。
从那以后，我不管是在哪儿吃饭，都会遵循妈妈的教导。和好朋友们一起聚餐，我会礼貌地提醒她们，要等爸爸妈妈们一起吃，不要给碗里拣太多的菜，吃多少拣多少，以免吃不完浪费。锄禾日当午，汗滴禾下土。谁知盘中餐，粒粒皆辛苦。我们要尊重农民伯伯的劳动成果，不能浪费粮食。叔叔阿姨听了夸我真懂事。和长辈们一起吃饭，我更是请太婆或爷爷奶奶先吃，给好吃的让给他们吃。可每次他们都心疼我，往我碗里使劲拣菜让我先吃，我就告诉他们：“到处都在讲‘礼让三先’，我在家吃饭也应该让爷爷奶奶先吃后我再吃。”听得爷爷奶奶乐得合不拢嘴来，直夸我有礼貌。看来礼仪不光光是彼此尊重，让社会更和谐，同时也能带给自己快乐和荣誉。

今天中午，我像往常一走在放学的路上，我一直想着中午吃什么饭，突然爸爸和妈妈开车将我接走了，开车去的方向并不是回家的方向，我奇怪的问：“芭比咱们去哪啊？”爸爸说：“咱们去函谷关的农家乐，和另一家我的老同学一起聚一聚。”我想“我能做点什么呢？”突然我想到我们学校每天中午播放的餐桌上的礼仪，我恍然大悟。
走进农家乐我们就看见爸爸的同学正在向我们招手，我们迎面走去，在他的带领下我们走进一个房间，里面有四个人，因为板凳不够所以必须有一个人站起来，我毫不犹豫地站了起来，并说：“小孩子腿软，应给多站站。”大家哄堂而笑，我也跟着笑起来。等菜、主食全部上齐后，我们开始吃饭，我发现妈妈并没有动筷子，我想“妈妈为什么不吃呢？哦------对，在餐桌上要等比自己年龄大的人先夹一口，自己才能吃。”我想到这里拿起筷子的手又放了回去，为了不使场面尴尬我捧起茶杯津津有味的喝着，大家都吃过后，我才开始吃，在我旁边坐的是一个阿姨，为了表示礼貌，我每次吃菜之前都给他或其他人家过一次后再给自己夹；每次喝茶我都会看看别人的杯子里面有没有水，如果没了我会先给他倒然后再给自己倒······这一切我并没有在意，可是对面的叔叔却看得一清二楚，说：“这个孩子真懂事，有一种绅士风度。”我笑着说：“没什么，这是每一个小孩子都会做的。”说实话，我嘴上这么说但是心里却是美滋滋的。妈妈也好像被夸了一样，因为我是她培养出来的，所以脸上一直洋溢着笑容。这顿饭不仅让我吃出了味道，更让我吃出了一个做人的基本道理。
礼仪没有大小，尽管是问一声好，但是没有礼仪可是很可怕的，所以我希望人人都要有礼仪，这样我们的社会才能变得更加和平，更加和谐。
