2月14日，是情人节。早晨，我还在睡梦中，就被爸爸妈妈吵醒。只听见妈妈就问爸爸：“今天，你打算给我买什么礼物呀?”爸爸好象还没睡醒，“我没有买礼物的打算。”爸爸回答。妈妈一听就气不打一处来，立即变了脸色，一个早上不停地数落爸爸：说爸爸最懒了，从来没煮过早饭;说爸爸最馋了，总想让妈妈买好东西给他吃;说爸爸最不讲卫生了，很少主动擦地板……总之，妈妈觉得爸爸这也不是，那也不是。
我不知道妈妈为什么要跟爸爸要礼物，也不知道妈妈为什么要生这么大的气，还很奇怪，爸爸无故挨了训，竟然默不作声，其实爸爸平时还是有点脾气的。在上学的路上，我想为爸爸说说情，可妈妈警告我：“老公就是劳工，以后家务活都让你爸爸做，你不要舍不得他。”
