一。金莲花广场
澳门以前的地形相似莲花，区旗里也有一朵莲花，所以澳门也叫莲花宝地。在1999年，澳门回归祖国时，我们中国就给了澳门一个金色的莲花，简称金莲花广场。相传，就是因为莲花保护着澳门，所以在第二次世界大战、"非典"时期澳门都很安全地度过。
二。大三巴牌坊
大三巴牌坊以前是一个教堂，教堂里的传教士常从教堂里拿许多关于天主教的书籍给中国。所以,中国就有了天主教。但不幸的是，这个教堂被侵略者一把火烧了。幸亏，教堂的前墙没有被烧掉。就这样它的名字改成了大三巴牌坊。这个大三巴牌坊也成了澳门的标志。
三。妈阁庙
以前，澳门的人都是靠捕鱼来维持生活的，妈阁庙是他们的唯一一间的庙。而且妈阁庙跟澳门这个名字有很大的关系。有一天，一位葡国人去到了澳门，他当时不知道这是什么地方，就问了一位渔民这是哪里，那个渔民听不懂英文，就指着妈阁庙说：妈阁、妈阁。那位葡国人听了后，就在张纸里写上：Ｍａｃａｕ（澳门）。然候就告诉了给自己的同胞。澳门这个名字就是这样来的。

曾经讲过“不到长城非好汉”，长城是从战国时期开始修建的，当时是为了抵御北方少数民族的扰，秦汉明朝都重修过长城，而我们现在的长城是明代留下来的长城。今天，我们要参观的是——八达岭长城，想登上好汉坡，尝尝当好汉的滋味。
来到八达岭脚下，远远望去，只见长城连绵起伏，气势磅礴，极为壮观，我终于亲眼目睹了古代人民智慧的结晶。
我来不及多想，坐上滑车，来到长城上，只见长城是用一块块砖头建造的，它的建筑结构包括垛口、烽火台、关城、军用道路等，道路很宽，可以五马并行。往前望去，长城连绵不断，像一条巨龙，它东起山海关，西至嘉峪关，横卧在中华大地上。往城下望去，是悬崖峭壁，我不禁为古人造长城的智慧所折服。
长城可真陡啊!有些坡度只有一百三十度，要不是旁边有栏杆，我早就像皮球一样滚下去了，它的陡真可以和黄山的险相媲美；长城可真长啊，在连绵的山中看不到尽头，好不容易走了四个烽火台，算起来才走了全部的万分之一，真可谓是万里长龙啊!长城是世界建筑史上的奇迹，中华民族精神的象征。

On a summer vacation I travel to refresh myself and to see the countryside. When I use my feet and walk on a grass covered path or among the hills I feel detached from the noise of the city and closer to the nature. And when I travel on foot I get more freedom. I can plan my own schedule. I can choose my own route. I can stop where I like. And I can see things and people that I might miss if I travel on a train or on a bus.暑假的时候，我通过旅游去释放自己和游览乡间。当我用双脚走在铺满小草的小径或山间时，我感觉（自己）远离城市的喧嚣，并且更亲近大自然。当我徒步旅行时我可以得到更多的自由。我可以自己选择行程。我可以自己选择路线。只要喜欢，我就可以停下来。而且我可以看到很多人和事，那些我可能乘坐火车或公车旅行而错失的。
