我的爱好是烘焙的英文作文【一】
在沈老师的带领下，我们齐声朗诵陆游的诗《稽山行》。“稽山何魏巍，浙江水汤汤，千里亘大野，勾践之所荒……”在浅浅吟唱的古诗词朗诵中，纸杯蛋糕创作过程开始了。
准备工作做完后，在老师的帮助下，我们开始了小心翼翼地打蛋过程。只听“梆”地一声，蛋清和蛋黄巧妙分离。随后，在队友之间愈发默契的.配合下，制作蛋糕的过程越发顺利，打发蛋白，混合蛋黄，制作蛋糕糊，一步一步有条不紊地进行着。完成最后一步摆盘后，放入烤箱。
在耐心等待的过程中，沈老师带我们参观了整个“越味厨艺坊”。随着老师的步伐，迈上古色古香的台阶，走过满是水乡气息的艺术长廊。我们惊奇地发现墙上大多有记载绍兴传统菜源远流长的历史。在老师的讲解下，我们渐渐了解到了许多著名绍兴菜的故事和绍兴传统习俗。
随着“叮……”一声，我们再次回到了教室里，此时教室，满满充斥着纸杯蛋糕的浓郁香味，扑鼻的香味令我不禁十分陶醉。松松软软的纸杯蛋糕里，不仅仅包含着辛勤的汗水，更有初次成功的喜悦。
通过这一次别开生面的厨艺体验，不仅仅收获了香甜可口的纸杯蛋糕，更让我们明白劳动成果的来之不易以及团队合作的重要性！

打开“下厨房”的APP，我就被手机中的美食吸引了，泡芙、雪媚娘、小四卷、曲奇等，到底选哪个好呢？我举棋不定。妈妈喜欢吃杏仁，又不喜欢特别甜的糕点，我用软件一查，“杏仁戚风纸杯蛋糕”，OK，就做这个！
我先拿出要用的材料：低筋粉、玉米油、鸡蛋、牛奶、糖粉、杏仁，分别按照所需要的量称好。第一步，将蛋白和蛋黄分离，架住分离勺，将蛋打入，这时蛋白脱落，虽然步骤简单，但是也需要耐心。第二步，用电动打蛋器把蛋白打发。第三步，把牛奶、糖粉、玉米油与蛋黄一起用手动打蛋器搅拌后，筛入低筋粉，用橡皮刀翻拌。第四步，取三分之一的蛋白霜，加入蛋黄液中，手工搅拌，这更需要用心、用力、不停地搅拌，这样烘焙出来的蛋糕才更加蓬松。最后，把搅拌好的蛋黄糊倒入剩下的蛋白霜里，搅拌好后，把糊装入一个个纸杯中，加入杏仁，放入烤箱。
一分钟、两分钟、三分钟……二十分钟，“叮”一声，我拿出蛋糕，裱上奶油，放上妈妈最喜欢吃的芒果，再冲上一杯咖啡，写上一张贺卡，垫个餐垫。一份特别的.、世界上独一无二的下午茶就OK啦！看着妈妈美滋滋地品尝着，我心里乐开了花。
