last weekend we went to the countryside to have a picnic.we took several sandwiches and some bottles of water with us for lunch. of course we didn't forget to take some fruit and we even took some tomatoes and cucumbers.
we left home quite early in order to avoid the traffic jam.about two hours later, we came to a nice place. it was near a river. we put our bicycles under the trees and went swimming. it was a very hot day. the water was very refreshing.
after having a swim, we had lunch in the cool shade under the trees. then we went for a walk. we didn't come back home until the night fell.
上周末，我们去乡下野餐。我们带上了几个三明治和几瓶水午饭时吃。当然我们也没有忘记带上一些水果。我们甚至还带了几个西红柿和几条黄瓜。

after lunch we took a walk. there we saw many beautiful flowers and GREen grass. we smelled sweet air. how nice the picnic was!

提升英语教学水平，能够提升学生的综合素质。我国提出了文化强国的战略，艺术生作为一种主要的文化群体，提升其综合素质，有利于和谐社会的构建和发展。目前，边远山区的英语教学存在一些问题，导致英语教学水平不高。针对这些问题，我们提出了以下针对性的措施。
（一）增强教学意识，构建良好氛围
首先，要改变传统的教学意识，使教师充分认识到英语教学的重要性，主动提升教学水平。对学生，要向其灌输英语学习能够提升自身沟通能力，促进吸取国外学术或文化精髓。艺术生的学习习惯较为自由，对课程的限制有一定的抵触心理。针对这一现象，教师要采取一些科学管理措施。第一，要对旷课较多的学生进行重点调查和管理，主要采取学生互相监督的方法，促使其按时上课。第二，要增强教学的趣味性，使学生进行自主的学习。可以通过课堂游戏、英文歌曲表演等活动来增强教学的趣味性。第三，要改变考核的机制，将学生的日常学习行为也纳入到考核内容中，使学生具有一定压力，为学生学习提供动力。目前，很多高中的成绩都包含平时成绩，但大多是课堂签到和课后作业的检查，对学生上课的积极性没有进行评估，应该增加一项教师评分。对教师，要进行集中的'培训，使其自主地进行教学改革，增加教学的深度，对学生进行较为全面、方向正确的教学引导。除了对其教学意识进行增强外，还需要对其教学能力进行培训提升。部分艺术类专业的英语教师本身水平不够高，也会导致教学深度不够。
（二）调整教学难度，进行因材施教
艺术类学生的整体英语水平较低，与普通学生学习相同的教学内容，有一定理解难度，不仅造成教学效果较低，还有损于学生的学习积极性。新课标将学生放在了教学的主导地位，这要求教师针对学生的不同英语水平进行难度不同的教学。部分学生的英语水平很低，需要加强基础教学，逐步提升教学难度；而有的学生具有一定基础，教学内容过于简单，对其英语水平的提升作用不明显。因此，教师需要因材施教。教师可以在学生入学阶段对学生进行考核，将学生的英语水平进行分级，分为三个等级的英语班，设定不同难度的教学内容[3]。初级班先对初中的英语教学内容进行巩固，再逐步提升教学难度；中级班在较高水平的英语教学中实现对基础的巩固；高级班进行具有一定深度的英语教学。需要注意的是，教育者需要一视同仁，将所有的教育目标都设定为最大限度地提升英语运用能力。因此，初级班和中级班的教学难度需要逐渐加强至和高级班一样，这个过程需要学生进行一些课下的自主学习，适应难度的变化。
（三）丰富教学方式，开展深入教学
传统的教学方式比较单一，教师对教学内容没有进行深入的挖掘，对学生学习的主动性也没有进行深入的挖掘，因此需要改变传统的灌输式教学方式，实现合理的教学。具体可以从以下几点来优化教学方式。
第一，对多媒体技术要进行深入的运用。这一技术通过对图像、声音、视频等进行综合运用，丰富了教学内容的表现形式。学生这一心理较为年轻的群体，也更偏爱这种教学方式。在这一方式中，可以将歌曲、电影等艺术形式与英语教学进行结合，与艺术生的专业产生了较多的联系，提高了教学效果，也更便于学生理解。通过电影放映等方式，学生的学习积极性也得到了提升。而且这种教学方式很容易将教学范围扩展到课堂外，学生在课外观看英语电影，学习英语歌曲都可以提升英语水平。
第二，可以在教学中将游戏进行融合。游戏化的教学方式能够极大程度调动学生的学习积极性，促进教学的深入开展。例如进行英语歌曲的教学和歌唱就是一个十分有效的方法。教师可以进行分组有奖竞赛，活跃课堂氛围。在游戏化的教学中，学生能够自主进行学习，教师在欢声笑语中实现了教学目标，有利于学生的健康发展。
第三，讨论式的教学方法具有较好的效果。教师可以在课堂上设定某一个话题，让学生分小组对这一话题进行讨论。这一教学方式不仅提高了学生对英语的运用能力，而且提升了教学效果。教师可以通过在课前向学生传达讨论的课题内容，使其在课下查阅相关的资料，提高课堂开展的效率。在讨论中，学生的英语口语能力得到了较大的提升[4]。
第四，在课堂上进行情景式教学。英语教学的实际运用意义较强，教师可以针对教学内容设定一些对话，由学生来表演。这一教学方式能够提高学生对教学内容的理解程度，还能增强学生的参与感，提高学生在日常生活使用英语的频率，实现课下课上的结合，从而提升教学的实际意义。
