这篇文章的标题”和时间赛跑“其实就是珍惜时间的意思。因为时间永远不会回来。鲁迅先生曾经说过一句话；时间就像海绵里的水。只要挤一挤，总会有的.。这句话说的很对。无论多少事，一天都能干完，因为我们挤出来时间了。别人在喝咖啡的时候我们可以不喝咖啡，去做一些其他有意义的事情。比如看看书、研究一下自己感兴趣的话题。这样一来，别人在这个时间里就没有得到看书、研究的成果。时间，它本来就是要挤的。每人都有那么多时间，关键是看在他怎么分配时间。如果他珍惜每分每秒，那么他的人生将会过得十分得美好、充实。如果他不会分配时间，那么他只能被如今这个社会所淘汰。读了这篇文章后，我想到了我自己。我就是不会分配时间的人，做事情总是拖拖拉拉，让时间无声无息地流走了。但这篇文章使我受益无穷。它告诉了我怎样珍惜时间。我以后每天中午要抽出看电视的时间背单词，晚上抽出一小部分吃晚饭的时间看看书。我一定要把握住每分每秒，做自己时间的主人！
