萝卜青菜，各有所爱。每个人都有自己的兴趣和爱好，兴趣和爱好取决于一个人年龄的大小和身份，以及其生活的环境因素和教育情况。简单地说，兴趣和爱好就是自己喜欢做的事。
年龄的异同，兴趣当然有所不同。像我们12—17岁最大的兴趣无非是打电脑游戏，当然，也有例外的，如：喂养小动物，旅行等。但真正说到喜欢读书的却寥寥无几，因为，儿童的最大兴趣就是玩，没有什么比玩更好事了。许多父母总是以为玩就是浪费光阴，浪费生命，认为读书学习便是最有意义的事，他们不知道，许多儿童在玩中也得到了很多启发。父母们为了让孩子将来能出人头地而让他们一天到晚拼命地啃书，孰不知童年只有一次，这样的童年只会充满枯燥、烦闷。孩子们真正想做的事是冲破知识的重重禁锢，放飞在自然之中，在自然中，我们可以学到书本上没有的知识能够更好地锻炼自己，所以请父母们不要把它视为不务正业。
凡事都有益害两方面，我们不能妄加批判，别人喜欢做的事情。正如，我的表哥，他喜欢看小说，父母亲戚们都很反对，认为他这样成天看小说是虚度年华，浪费时间。可我不这么认为，俗话说：书多人贤。喜欢看小说并没有错，就算是武侠、玄幻这类凭空设想、漫无边际的小说中也是有一些值得学习的地方，如许多好的语句，段落或是中心思想，写作方法，这些都可以学习。每次我向表哥请教写作的一些技巧，方法时，他总是滔滔不绝，这些不都是来自平时看小说的积累。或许我们是同病相怜，前一段时间我总是一天到晚地打游戏，遭来家人亲戚的许多责骂，不满。但在游戏中，我找到了寻求已久的刺激，更锻炼了我的反应能力。我认为凡事只要有个度，一切就都好说了。
平平凡凡，快快乐乐地过完一生，无金钱名利所求，并不是胸无大志，这正应了老子的无为，而为无所不为。
人生就应该这样度过，回首往事，不因为碌碌无为而愧疚，也不会因为虚度年华而懊悔。我的感悟是：做自己想做的事，快快乐乐地生活，也就无愧于人生。

有一天，我做了个实验，一个玻璃杯盛满了水，把手捂在玻璃杯口上，倒过来，快速移到玻璃茶几上，而玻璃杯口在玻璃茶几上水不流出来，这是为什么？我百思不得其解。就在这时，我想到了我平常最喜欢的一件事——看到不知道、不明白的问题就上网查一查。这时我开始上网，我终于醒悟了，原来是大气把水托住的原因呀。

渐渐成长的过程中，我发现自己在做喜欢的事情的时候，既主动又有效率。反言之，被强迫去做的，或是在唠叨的命令下，去做的每一件事情，不管我喜不喜欢，我都是心不甘、情不愿的用敷衍的态度去应付，一点也不快乐。
其中最让我引以为苦的一件事情，就是跟着妈妈和她的朋友们一起出游。我只要一听到妈妈说要去哪里里玩，我就打心眼里排斥，小声的嘀咕：“拜托！我可不可以不要跟啊？你们自己去就好了啊！”
虽然可以出去玩，但是跟着这些阿姨去的地方，大都是只能拍照留念而已，也没有什么游乐的成份，这些无聊的度假胜地，或是风景名胜，一点也吸引不了我。我只得苦中作乐，在一旁找个水池打水飘而已。
这时，万一听到她们叫：“快快！来拍照！”我就大叫不妙，“照相”是我更痛恨的一件事情了，这简直跟下十八层地狱一样的活受罪，我就搞不懂怎么这么多人爱自拍，走到哪里里拍到哪里里，你们拍你们的，拜托别拖我下水吧！还要叫我“笑一个”？这实在太强人所难了。
所以，我的结论是：做自己不喜欢的事情，简直就是讨厌到最高点了。

I remembered my mathematics was just mediocre at that time, but he was extraordinary and excellent in calculating and solving mathematic questions. He often received perfect scores. Of course, I wished I could reach at his level. Since we talked all day long, I asked how he could solve those difficult questions. He was so patient and polite to answer my sometimes ridiculous thinking. Gradually, I built my confidence at mathematics and finally passed the college entrance exam.

One day, He is pursued by a bogie and hid in a shrine. He breaks a powerful bogie‘s seal whose name is Ban. And that involves her grandmother Xiamulingzi’s relics--a contract that sigh with the bogies. Since then, this powerful bogie turns itself into a cat in daily life to stay with Xiamu to protect him with the condition that Xiamu should give the contract to it after he die. But before that Xiamu decides to try his best to give the name in the contracts to the bogies and let them get free. Thus, a loving, touching, scary story is opened up.
《夏目友人帐》主要讲述了男主人公夏目贵志拥有可以看到妖怪的特殊能力。因为父母双亡他的性格较为孤僻，并且由于他具有特殊的能力，他常辗转在于亲戚之间并被同龄人欺负。虽然他经历了许多不幸，但他依旧有好善良没有埋怨任何人。最终他被有好善良的藤原夫妇收养并进入高中。有一天，他被妖怪追赶躲进神社，不小心打破了一只强大妖怪斑的封印。并牵涉到了他祖母夏目玲子的'遗物—一本同妖怪签订的契约书。之后，这只强大的妖怪平时便变成猫的样子待在夏目身边保护他，但是他的条件是夏目后要把这本契约书给它。但在此之前夏目决定尽其所能把契约书上的名字还给妖怪们让它们得到自由。由此，一个个温馨、感人、惊险的故事就此展开。
