假如给我三天听力，我一定要去买一盘贝多芬钢琴曲的CD，假如给我三天听力。我要反复品味《命运》。贝多芬也失去了听力，我要从他的作品中找出那种坚持不懈的力量，顽强不屈的意志。在我回到无声世界之后，激励自己顽强奋斗，视嘲笑白眼于不顾，坚信：走自己的路，让别人说去吧。
假如给我三天听力，我一定会到喧闹的街道上走走。刺耳的鸣笛声，成了梦幻之音，有旋转的跌荡起伏的美。粗鲁的吵架声，也成了声音中欢蹦乱跳的音符，为原本无趣的生活增添了一个小调。那大声的讨价还价声，却成了此起彼伏的插曲，别有情趣。
我珍视这宝贵的、拥有声音的三天，我一定不会休息的。我想做的还有好多好多，可我只有三天。
这三天中，我一定会张开、张大耳朵，认真去听，开始一次短暂却又充满诱惑的声音之旅。我会精心安排，决不让这72小时从我的指缝间悄悄溜走。
