如今大家都在提倡鼓励性教育，那么如何对孩子赞美才能起到正面的作用呢？
《给孩子的未来脑计划》这本书建议我们做到以下三点：
1、表扬努力，而不是表扬聪明。
2、表扬过程，而不是表扬结果。
3、表扬成长，而不是表扬表现。
经过心理学家长期的研究，发现一个人秉持的观点会对以后的生活产生极大的影响。当你告诉孩子"你真棒""你真聪明"的时候，表面是在鼓励孩子，实际是在潜移默化的帮孩子塑造成固定型思维模式的人，觉得事情做得好是因为自己有天赋，做的不好则是没有天赋，所以面对困难时就选择知难而退。这样表扬孩子的方法不对，不但不能帮助孩子建立自信心，反而可能妨碍他将来的发展。
这在我们的教学中同样可以采用，我们的校长就常常鼓励我们表扬学生要具体，不能一概而论。例如：在表扬时对学生较吃力的同学经常说："老师相信你经过努力一定能行！"对有奇特想法的学生说："你很有创造力，但是还要继续努力。"对说话声音小的同学说："你的声音真好听，能再大点声吗？"对于从不发言的同学说："你今天的表现让我感到骄傲。"今天成长型的表扬方法正跟我们平时学到的具体表扬方法相吻合，所以只要这样表扬孩子才会让孩子对自己建立起自信心，提高学习、思考、积极表达的兴趣。
孩子做得好时，要用成长型的表扬方法，同样在批评孩子的错误时，也要用成长型心智模式来看孩子的.品质。
批评孩子的错误时，《给孩子的未来脑计划》这本书建议我们做到以下三点：
1、要告诉孩子错在哪里。
2、不要放大错误行为，不要给孩子贴标签。
3、要告诉他如何改正。
批评孩子的真正目的是要帮助孩子成长，而不是发泄你的情绪，所以当孩子做错时，老师跟家长一样都应该要告诉孩子错在哪里，这样孩子才能改进，才能成长。如果我们不告诉孩子错在哪里，只顾自己发泄情绪，这对孩子没有任何帮助，只会使他越来越讨厌我们的批评。批评孩子的时候一定要注意只讲他这件事错在哪儿，千万不能翻旧账，不要把他一次的错误无限放大。无理由的扩大批评的范围会造成失焦，也给不了孩子具体的指导，而且很容易激起孩子的抗拒和反感情绪。
所以，孩子犯错不是不可以批评，而是要用正确的方法批评。用成长型的批评，孩子会成长；固定型的批评，既不告诉孩子为什么错，也不告诉孩子该怎么办，那不是批评，而是发泄情绪。这样批评出来的孩子，长大后容易没有个性，缺乏自尊和自信。我们老师和家长在这方面也应该注意批评的方式，让孩子明确改正错误的方向，这样对孩子的终身成长才会有益。

Everyone, there is a room for their own, I am no exception. My room has walls, windows, bed, pillow, and desk, bookcase and. Of course, there's a baby - like the Pearl River Piano, finish the homework every day, I will sit on the stool practice half an hour.
There's a secret in my room that you can't guess. Guess what, what is it? As a matter of fact, my room has two floors, and there is a push door beside the bookcase. The winter vacation is not so far from us.there are lots of thing I have done while this vacation.For one thing ,I have my lessons reviewed ,in order to improve the qulity of study.For the other thing,I wish I would be betterafter hard working with my course.at first, I must correct all my final examination paper. Secondly，I insist on reading English books and newspapers every day.I also keep on oral pratice.
In my spare time,I will take an active part in activitise.I can gain the first hand imformations through the activitise which can help me to extend my knowlege.
I'm sure this vacation will be the best one for me.Let me try!
