哈啾！哈啾！”“你是不是感冒了？”“喔！不是啦！我没有感冒，我只是过敏了。”从小我就是过敏体质，一大早起床后，我常常会打喷涕，或是流鼻水，但是让我最烦恼的还是“异位性皮肤炎”。医生说它也是一种过敏的症状，尤其是季节交替时，或是我洗了太烫的热水澡，它就会发作，让我的双手双脚甚至是身体奇痒无比，我会忍不住一直想要去抓，一般人看到了还以为我被蚊子咬成红豆冰！
爸爸妈妈一开始以为我是霉菌感染，带我到处找皮肤科医生求助，医生对我说：“除了吃药和擦药之外，保湿的工作很重要喔！还要少吃会引起过敏的食物……”。因此，每天洗完澡后，我立刻擦乳液保持全身滋润。另外，妈妈几乎每天用除尘纸拖把清洁地板，还替我换上非常珍贵的防螨寝具；爸爸则是有空就会用蒸汽熨斗替我的枕头、床单以及我最爱的抱枕用热热的蒸气除尘螨，爸爸妈妈细心的帮我对抗过敏原，在他们的照顾之下，我的皮肤痒似乎控制住了。
回想起来，过敏对我来说好像是摆脱不了的病。我只能遵照医生的建议与指示将症状控制着。有时候，我真的觉得过敏体质很令人讨厌。但是，对于这一直缠着我的`毛病，我也只好把它当作是我与众不同的地方吧！真希这只是一场梦，当我醒来之后，一切就康复了。

12月1日上午：你终于找到了你梦寐以求的地方——我的鼻子。你一举拿下两个鼻孔。然后，你一鼓作气，攻下了扁桃体。
12月1日下午：你开始“鱼肉”我身上的.“百姓”，大开堤口，让“洪水”鼻涕不断流出，企图让我痛苦不堪。
12月2日中午：为了不再受苦，我对你的行动进行了强烈的反抗，并得到了消毒水与药物的大力帮助。我首战告捷，听到了你战败后那无奈的叹息声。
12月3日——2月5日：虽然你一直坚持和我唱反调，可是我打针、吃药、和白开水三管齐下，还是把你打的节节败退。
