包饺子简短的英语作文【一】
每到星期天，妈妈总要包很多饺子放在冰箱里，方便常常拿出来给我当早饭吃。以前我还小每次吵着要去包饺子，都被妈妈呵斥，我便扫兴地走开了。
这个星期天妈妈竟然破天荒地让我学包饺子了，一开始，妈妈准备了包饺子的材料，我在一旁卷起袖子，已经跃跃欲试了，妈妈却不慌不忙地端了一碗水，我好奇地问：“这有什么用处呢？”妈妈神秘地说：“一会儿就知道了。”
妈妈熟练地掀起一张饺子皮儿，把它摊在左手上，右手舀起一团馅儿，轻轻地放在皮上，再两手把皮往中间合拢，最后，细心地捏出几痕细线，一个圆润饱满的饺子就诞生了，像诞生了一个新的生命。
我先搓搓手，还自言自语地说：“这还不简单？”于是我学着妈妈的样子一掀、一摊、一舀，麻利地包了一个饺子，神气十足地说：“看我的杰作！”妈妈说：“你仔细看看呢？”我仔细地端详看它，发现饺子的肚子上胀出了一个小洞，像是在嘲笑我：“骄傲使人落后，虚心使人进步。”突然脸红，刚才我得意洋洋的样子消失得无影无踪了。
在我耳边响起妈妈和颜悦色地对我说：“日日行不怕千万里，常常做不怕千万事。”当有一点就骄傲自满。加油，宝贝！这一次我小心翼翼地包起来，我还谦虚地：“请教妈妈怎么办？”妈妈温和地说：“有些皮有点干，醮一点水再捏它”我又耐心地捏起来，终于也像一个生命“孕育”出一个新的生命。后来，我成功地包了一大盘饺子。
学包饺子也能磨炼人意志，使人懂得谦虚做人的道理。

在我家乡，有一个每家每户都保持的的传统，那就是包饺子。我们通常会在除夕当天包饺子、吃饺子。我们擀面皮，准备饺子馅儿，然后就可以开始包饺子了。在包饺子时，一定要做的一件事就是把硬币放在一些饺子里，谁能吃到馅里有硬币的饺子意味着在新的一年里好运连连。最后一步就是煮饺子，这时候，所有人都在等饺子出锅。对于我们来说，饺子就是我们最好的年夜饭。

First you make the dough by mixing water into the flour. The container shculd be big enough lest the flour and water will overflow. Press the dough with your hands till it is not sticky. When the dough is ready, leave it there for use later, then go on to make the fillings.
The second step is to mince the meat, mushrooms and shnmps till they are mixed in a paste. Add some spice such as ginger and onion and stir them evenly.
The third step is to make the wrappings. Roll the dough with a round stick into small round pieces of wrappings, each two inches in diameter.
The fourth step is to put the filling in the middle of a wrapping. Then press the wrapping tight and a jiaozi is ready. When you have made enough Jiaozi, the next step is to boil them.
That is the last step. Put a pot of water on the stove. When the water is boiling, put the Jiaozi one by one into the water and cover the pot. When steam comes out, add more cold water and when it boils again add cold water a second time. When you see the Jiaozi floating in boiling water, you can put them in bowls or plates, get the chopsticks and be ready to eat.
第1步，先用水和面，和面盆要大些，以免水和面溢出。用手揉面团，直到不粘手为止。和好面以后，将做饺馅。
第2步，剁肉馅，将蘑菇和虾米搅拌成糊状，放入调味品如姜、葱，并把馅搅匀。
第3步，做饺皮。用擀面杖擀出一张张直径为两英寸的圆饺皮。
第4步，把馅放入饺皮中，捏紧饺皮，一个饺子就做成了。饺子包够了，下一步就是煮饺子。
煮饺子是最后的一步，锅中放上水，搁在炉灶上烧，水开时，一个一个地把饺子放入开水中，盖上锅盖。水冒气时，要加些冷水;水开时，再加第2次冷水。当饺子漂浮上来时，盛入碗中，准备好碗筷，即可食用。

Today,early in the morning,when I woke up,I found it was later for half an hour than I usually did.Then I remembered that I didn’t set up the morning call last night.So I just grabbed some bread and rushed to the bus station.The bus seemed always not appearing when I needed it.Finally,I took on a bus,then I felt so relieved,because I wouldn’t be late for school.Suddenly,the bus stopped and the driver told us to change another bus,because there was something wrong with the wheels.I was so worried.When I arrived school,I was late.It was such a bad day for me.
这天早上我醒来的时候我发现我比平时晚了半个小时起床，我才想起我昨晚没有调闹钟。因此我拿了点面包就冲到公共汽车站。公共汽车似乎总是在我需要的时候却不出现。最后，我坐上了公共汽车。我最后放松了，因为不会迟到了。但是车突然就停了，司机叫我们换车，因为车轮出故障了。我很焦急，等我到学校时，我已经迟到了。这对我来说真是糟糕的一天啊。
