我知道，我的朋友，你们是坚强的。在被黑暗无情笼罩的废墟之下，你们并不绝望，那稚嫩声音给予的生存希望，那稚嫩的童声唱响的生命之歌，那稚嫩的小手行的严肃军礼，是那样深深地感动了我们。我们给予了你们无私的帮助，但你们同样给我们的心灵以莫大的.震撼啊！我知道，我的朋友，你们是坚强的。在那简陋的帐篷里，你们仍念念不忘学习，我多少次感受到，你们那渴望上学心灵，一直在急切地呼唤啊！终于，一个简陋的帐篷学校建成了，各种各样、形形色色的椅子，挤满了这原本不大的教室，我的朋友们，你们端坐在椅子上，帐篷里静得出奇，但我知道，你们的心里，怎不是心潮翻滚？我隔着电视冰冷的屏幕，还是嗅到了空气中的丝丝兴奋！你们上的第一堂课，便是“我的理想”，我知道，你们的理想并未因地震而破灭，而是变得更有意义：我要做解放军，去救更多的人；我要做医生，去挽救更多的生命；我要做老师，去教更多不能读书的孩子……一个个理想，无不震撼着我的内心，对于坐在宽敞教室里的我们来说，我们还有什么理由去抱怨学习中那一点小小的困难呢？

Today is May Day. My mother father and me went to park to have a picnic, and then visited my grandma and grandpa.
We got up at 6:00 and had our breakfast at 6:30 in the morning. At 9:00, we went to park for picnic, we took juice, cornflakes, apples, oranges, lollipops, bananas, ice creams, mangoes, and so on. I also took toys, such as doll, ball, balloon, skateboard and a kite.
In the afternoon at 14:00, we went to visit my grandma and grandpa. I helped grandpa to do some house work. My sister and me played skateboard and doll. At 20:00 we went home, and played computer games for two hours and then went to bed.

Founder of Labor Day
More than 100 years after the first Labor Day observance， there is still some doubt as to who first proposed the holiday for workers.
Some records show that Peter J. McGuire， general secretary of the Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners and a cofounder of the American Federation of Labor， was first in suggesting a day to honor those "who from rude nature have delved and carved all the grandeur we behold."
But Peter McGuire"s place in Labor Day history has not gone unchallenged. Many believe that Matthew Maguire， a machinist， not Peter McGuire， founded the holiday. Recent research seems to support the contention that Matthew Maguire， later the secretary of Local 344 of the International Association of Machinists in Paterson， N.J， proposed the holiday in 1882 while serving as secretary of the Central Labor Union in New York. What is clear is that the Central Labor Union adopted a Labor Day proposal and appointed a committee to plan a demonstration and picnic.

It happened shortly after this that the lion was caught by some hunters, who bound him by strong ropes to the ground.
The mouse, recognizing his roar, came up, and gnawed the rope with his teeth, and setting him free, exclaimed: "You ridiculed the idea of my ever being able to help you, not expecting to receive from me any repayment of your favour; but now you know that it is possible for even a Mouse to confer benefits on a lion."

渔夫划着小渔船，向桑娜和孩子们招手：“放心吧！孩子们、桑娜，我一定不会令你们失望的，等我的好消息吧！”说着，他带着坚毅的信念，带着全家人的希望，踏风而去，越去越远，渐渐消失在红日和海的交界线里。
桑娜照顾着七个孩子，把屋子整理得整整齐齐，打扫得一干二净，食具放在搁板上闪闪发亮，她耐心地等待着丈夫回来。
调皮的太阳玩累了，悄悄地躲在山后。桑娜在门外徘徊着，焦急地等待她丈夫回来。
“嗨，桑娜，我回来啦！”渔夫正在远处驶来。只见他笑容满面，船上的鱼在活蹦乱跳，多得再也装不下了。“你看，我们成功了，多得上帝保佑，给我们收了！”
“哈哈哈。”一家人高兴地笑了，渔夫一手抱起了两个孤儿，望着他们，欣慰地笑了。
红红的太阳，正目睹了一切。他也慈祥的笑了，笑得多么的灿烂、温暖，意味着他们一家将更美满、幸福。
