我想给您说一件难忘的事：那是一次单元考试。一上课，您就抱着一叠卷子走上讲台，教室里立刻鸦雀无声。“某某某，100！”不出我所料，我拿着卷子蹦蹦跳跳的回了位，心里比吃了蜜还甜，想：别的人考那么差，第二名也与我相差甚远，想要跟上我，再练一百年吧！
一上位，我就向周围的.人炫耀自己的分数，哪一张满分的卷子，骄傲的、高兴的我一上午都没好好听讲。可是，时隔一天，又考了一场试。我本以信心满满能考100，谁知，我只考了86分！看着卷子上刺眼的分数，我的心凉了半截，身上不禁发了一阵麻，心里想到：我竟然考得这么差，不过这只是意外，我下次一定会超过那些人的！
下课后，您找我谈话，给我说了许多关于谦虚的名言警句，我那时候是完全不懂得，可以说是一个耳朵进另一个耳朵出，但我还记住了您说的那句话：虚心使人进步，骄傲使人落后，世界上还有许多比你优秀很多的人，一次的胜利不代表下一次的胜利。直到上四年级后，看到学校里有比自己优秀千百倍的人后，这才渐渐领悟到您说的这些话的道理。
您说的那句话像一只无形的大手，把我从骄傲的边缘给拉了回来。后来，每当我取得一点成绩就要飘飘然沾沾自喜时，我就会想起您的教诲。
是啊！骄傲是一个多么可怕的东西，我们不能骄傲，否则就会付出巨大的代价，我们必须用良好的品质来武装自己，来战胜不良品质。
