其中，《秘密》和《追逐日光》都是很早以前读过的了，但突然发现，这些书都被《人生创意课》联结了起来，意味深长。也是突然发现，这些年我的成长，都是沿着一条这样的轨迹攀爬，直到现在，已经与三四年前，甚至一两年前完全不同。我翻看以前blog上的文章，对比近期的心境，截然如两人。特别若是对比三年前在上海，和如今在瑞士的状态，我的成长至少已令自己欣喜动容。
记得两年前刚从上海回来不久，在后海一家玻璃屋顶的餐厅，满身的怨气，不停的抱怨这个那个，对别人否定，对自己也否定，又咄咄逼人的想要赢所有的争论。一顿饭之后，刚认识不久的一个朋友对我说，如果你不改掉说话和情绪中占主导的负面氛围，你今后的人生和职业历程将会一团糟。他还告诉我说我们之间所有的短信聊天他都导出来用excel做了统计，其中负面情绪的短信占了百分之八十还多。
我庆幸当年毫不犹豫从上海回来，然后才能有偶然的机遇认识新的朋友，一针见的点醒我性格中最大的弱点。
另一个转机竟是那场莫名其妙的病。如果不曾亲身经历过全身麻醉的恐惧和麻醉过后的剧痛，如果不曾亲眼看见同一病床的生命的消亡，我会有更多的放不开和畏缩。也正是因为曾经读过那本震撼人心的《追逐日光》，我才能以更加坚定的心去追逐仿若重新开始的人生。
当昨天在火车上读到《创意课ii》中的前几个章节，我已经怦然心动：让以前的自己去，丢掉过去，在新的环境重新开始，没有任何的假想敌，用新鲜的心情接纳每一个新认识的不同的人和事。我惊讶于一个素未谋面的，成长经历完全不同的人，是如何能通过一本书与读者产生共鸣。
借由这本书，我终于理出了思路。我在苏黎世的快乐，不正是基于此吗？以前那个强势的我，树敌无数的我，已经被我丢在了北京，随着沙尘暴刮远了再也找不到。我万般的庆幸那个我并没有被我带来瑞士。如果不把任何人想象成敌人，就不会浪费哪怕一秒的生命被别人制约着疲于奔命。所有的时间和能量，都会围绕着自己。我不敢说身边的人是否都喜欢我，但至少我在瑞士没有敌人，只有朋友和更好的朋友。心中没有任何假想敌，就不会散发出可悲的气味吸引真正的'敌人的到来。而相反，如果想要人来爱自己，自己就要先很爱自己，并且不计付出的去爱别人。只有付出了，才会有能量的流转，别人的爱才会流进来，填充付出后的空缺。对事业，对朋友，对未来，无不如是。
如果看过《秘密》这本书，我们就应该试着去做这些。所有正面的能量，都会丰盈我们的人生，都会带来快乐。
如果有了负面的情绪，就试着用反义词造句，然后去理解它。有时候，会发现峰回路转的闪念的火花带来希望，可以帮助我们破除被桎梏住的消极或者愤怒。
举一个刚刚发生的简单例子。我想要老爸问问他的一个朋友是否认识某行业的人有可能购买我们公司的某种设备。瞬间就得到否定的回答，他肯定不认识。我问，你又不是他你怎么知道他肯定不认识？很多时候，机会和快乐都会从轻易扔出的否定和消极中溜掉。就好比看一场网球比赛，只不过几局没有打好，就有人会不停的说完了完了，我支持的这个人一定输了。为什么不为落后的选手加油并希望他能够努力至少奉献出精彩的比赛呢？为什么不保留自己看到希望的权利呢？
昨天在火车上，朋友说曾经做过的所有选择都不能说是正确的，因为不能知道另外的选择是否更好。没错，那就更加不必要浪费哪怕一秒的生命去怀疑和后悔。要始终坚信自己的选择就是最好的那个，然后用积极的能量朝向前方的旅程。不要质疑过去，不要担忧未来，只活在生动的活生生的现在。
《创意课ii》与《创意课》相比，有了更多的禅性，更多的性灵上净化和体验的对话。而《创意课》之中的各个章节其实更有实践性和朴实。比如，我的印象最深的有一个三秒胶原理。我们第一次受到伤害可能需要3年的时间来修复，下一次就只需要3个月，再下次是3星期，然后3天，3个小时，3分钟，最后做到3秒就能调整情绪。不论是伤心，激动，欣喜，震惊，兴奋，伤痛，都只用3秒钟贴好胶布，冷静的再走上人生这个舞台。这就是情商，管理自己情绪的能力。这些都是可以通过生命的累积，通过练习来达到的。比如，我在上海一整年都没有调整好自己情绪，抱怨愤怒和充满孤独感的绝望参杂在一起度过了艰难的三百多天。可是因为有了那次的经历，如今来到更遥远更举目无亲的瑞士，我反而能够很快适应，跟所有人交朋友。如今在过去了五个月阴郁的冬天之后，我甚至一次没有因为难过伤心而哭过，反而心情越发快乐。要知道，就连我心目中的女强人都曾经在来瑞士的前几个月哭过好几次。
于是，曾经上海的一年刻骨铭心的历练让我心怀感恩。人生不是一个个孤立的点，而是无数个相联系的点穿成的线。
这四本书同时推荐给大家看。希望我们每老去的一天都不会悲伤，反而生命会因增加了一天的质感而比之前的所有都更丰盛繁茂。

这本书主要讲五四班的绿苗鸣老师抓“虫”的故事。里面有几个重要的人物：长得可爱，鬼主意一箩筐的“天使魔王”郑宵（多像我们班的李和伟呀），会“粘粘功”的徐白（这不就是李晨吗），耍赖大王汤恩伯和吴昀（我们班有黄嘉琅和黄嘉鸿两大“活宝”），人称“四大金刚”，他们都成了绿绿老师要抓的“虫”了。他们有的为了网上的“偷菜”游戏打架；有的为了玩电脑帮别人做事；有的利用生病的幌子上网；还有的居然骗父母的`钱逃课三天去网吧。读到这
