开张的第一天，小动物们都来吃东西，小鸡一家忙得不可开交，中午只能啃面包。午夜里，小鸡摁着计算机，计算当天的'营业额，不算不知道，一算吓一跳，快餐店居然一天的收入三万动物币。小鸡躺在床上，思考决定要更用心地经营它的快餐店，于是他微笑着进入了梦乡。
由于小鸡的店开张了动物王国动物最多的中心区，不到一个月它便挣了60多万的动物币。
有钱的小鸡并没有高傲自大，待客热情，服务态度好，回头客非常多，生意很是红火。
小鸡快餐店里的菜物美价廉，所选食材是经过精心挑选的有机蔬菜和新鲜土猪肉。菜式多样，色香味俱全，人人吃了都赞不绝口，吸引来了动物王国的大量居民。
不久，国王来巡国时，久闻大名鼎鼎的小鸡快餐店，便来品尝美食，国王品尝了快餐后，回味无穷，题下了了“美味快餐”四个大字。小鸡生意越做越大，分店开遍了全国各地，成为了全国的首富。
这个童话告诉我们:做事业要想有成就，就要在事业上多花心思，才能又辉煌的成就。

过分依赖作文选会思路僵化
据记者调查，北京某校初一学生平均每人拥有作文书17本，最多者有50本，最少的有3本。广州的学生又怎样呢？本报记者在广州书店随机询问一些中小学生得知，他们购买过的.作文书也多在5本以上，一位家长甚至给孩子购置的这类书籍已价值千元以上。
作文书这般热销，它到底给孩子们带来什么呢？
儿童文学作家广东教育出版社的编审刘小玲女士，在广州市少年宫担任过四年“作文实验班”老师，她对此深有感触：“每届都有那么几位同学，在我布置了作文题目后不过15分钟，就洋洋洒洒写出几百字，而且结构完整、语句流畅，但开头和结尾永远都是一个模式。在他们的笔下，冬天永远有雪，秋天永远是枫叶红遍，春天永远是冰消雪化；眼睛永远像忽闪的星星，早晨的阳光永远明媚……这是他们生活中的季节吗？是他们亲身经历过的吗？”有一次，她布置了一篇作文，全班40个学生居然有23个的作文开头都是“在一个阳光明媚的早上……”令她哭笑不得！
刘小玲说，她在教学中发现不少学生的阅读范围都只停留在作文选上，以致他们的作文毫无灵气，在僵化的程式束缚下，除了作文选提供的格式，他们没有其他写作思路。
不少教育界人士因此疾呼：过分依赖作文选，不关注现实，不体验生活，不思考人生，不表达真情，功利性作文观会把中学生作文引入胡同。

你瞧！我们五二班的.队员个个昂首挺胸，神采奕奕，踏着正步神气十足的走向“擂台”，好像我们已经站在了最高领奖台呢！五三中队也不甘示弱，队员们个个神气十足，精神抖擞，迈着标准的步伐，喊着一二一二，也朝着“擂台”走去。五一五四中队也赶来了，但他们没有走向“擂台”，而是悄悄的隐没在拉拉队中……
体育朱老师嘴里含着一个红色的口哨，身着一件黑色的运动衣，举起右手，示意开始做准备，队员们一起向后跨一步，动作归一，弯下腰，双手紧紧拽住绳子，生怕它跑掉似得，力大如牛的胡哲鸣把多余的绳子缠在腰间，如果他坐下，十匹马儿也拉不动！“嘘——”的一声朱老师的口哨声落了下来，举着的手也放了下来，队员们倾斜着身子，用力的拉着：看！俞熠韦闭着眼睛，仰着头，咬紧牙关，吃力的拉着；毛宇航注视着那条红布，用力的拽……
我边拉边注视着红布，红布一会左一会右，像两只小鸡再挣蚯蚓，可怜的小蚯蚓快被挣断了，我看着红布一点点往我们这来，就差一点点了，胡松蔚好似已经赢了，放开了绳子，我狠狠的瞪了他几眼，他又握住绳子，拔了起来，“赢了赢了！”拉拉队员叫了起来。三班队员还拔着呢，不料，我班队员忽然一松手，他们摔了个小狗吃屎！
比赛还在继续……我们一举夺得了桂冠，操场被喜悦包围了！

Country Garden and Me
On the way from Panyu City to Shunde City and approaching the conjunction point of both cities, a big advertisement board of the infamous Country Garden will catch your eyes. And on the board, a lovely girl gently holds a little white pigeon.
She looks at everybody with a sweet smile. Who is this girl? Let me tell you later. Country Garden is located at the Beijao town, Shunde City of Guangdong Province. Ten years ago when my Dad and Mom took me as a baby to Guangzhou, it was a wasteland here. But what does this piece of wasteland look like nowadays? Country Garden has been developed and enlarged rapidly on the ground of this land, and a great number of high-quality houses and apartments have been built up within the garden. Over the past decade, other nine country gardens with various unique designs have been erasing around the great city of Guangzhou. The construction and management of several gardens have engaged the devoted contributions from my Dad and Mom.
Country Garden has grown up together with me, and I am one of the witnesses of its growth and development.
