今天老师给我们看了一个视频————《永不放弃》。这个视频深深震撼了我，也让我对主人公布洛克以及他的教练肃然起敬。
视频讲述了橄榄球队队员们对自己没有自信，为了帮助队员找回自信，教练让队长布洛克蒙上眼睛，背着一个72千克的人爬50米(膝盖不着地，布洛克原本认为自己最多只能30米，但在教练的不断鼓舞下，他竟爬完了全场，约110米。为队员们树立了信心。
在布洛克爬行的过程中，教练喊了13次“对了，就是这样”、15次“加油”23次“被放弃”3次“不要停”48次“继续，继续”。正是这些话让布洛克坚持到底，就像视频中所说的：一个人不成功是因为没目标，没梦想，没自信，没导师，不知道自己的潜能有多大。只要对自己有自信，就一定能成功。

在短片中他们的老师让他们做“亡爬行”这个练习，因为布鲁克对自己没信心，没自信!让教练发现了，教练把布鲁克的眼睛蒙上，让他爬50码，再爬的过程中，布鲁克不断地叫着要放弃，可是老师却一直鼓励他，激励他，叫他不要放弃。刚开始的时候周围的球员都嘲笑他，下他活该接受惩罚……当布鲁克爬到50码以上的时候，所有的`人都惊呆了，他们一同站了起来，用那种不相信的的眼神看着布鲁克，因为他身上背着一个重160斤的人。什么力量使他爬了这么远?是老师的鼓励!
人的潜力是谁都想象不到的，只是缺少一种力量去挖掘它。只要有目标，有理想，有教练，有信心，就能成功的做好每一件事!相信自己的力量!永远不要放弃!
