我是一只标准的旱鸭子。每次老爸拉我下水学游泳的时候，我都以各种理由推脱、逃避。我可不想尝受那呛水的味道，还有飘浮不定，不一定何时就要沉下去的惊险。
这不，老妈去年暑假不知又怎么了，非让我去学游泳。我当然是百般的不情愿。我用尽各种方法来抵抗，可道高一尺，魔高一丈。老妈竟然偷着给我报了名。我心里那叫一个“恨”啊。可不去又不行，迫于老妈的“威力”，我只好硬着头皮去了。
终于到了这苦难降临的一天——今天该去学游泳了。一路上，我愁眉苦脸，想：“教练会不会很凶？”“我能不能学好？”突然，一个更恐怖的念头闪过：“我会不会淹啊？！老天，不要啊！”这个恐怖的念头一直挥之不去，一直伴随我进了游泳池。
等我们进去的时候，教练早已在那里等候了，见我们来了，便板起面孔，严厉的对我们说：“男女生站成两队，然后坐下，跟我学收翻、蹬夹。现在这里练，学会之后，再到水里练。学不好罚一百个蹲起！”最后这一句话太有震撼力了。我们一听，全都乖乖的学起了收翻、蹬夹。说起来简单，可做起来难啊。等做完后，我的小腿肚又酸又痛。可冷酷的教练完全不理解我们，又让我们在水里练。
好不容易熬到了下课，我们像一群欢快的鱼，开心的玩起了水仗。可玩的时间总是那么少，不知不觉中就过去了，又上课了。这次学的是换气，我深吸一口气，把头插向水里，然后再抬起，再进去。反复做几次，我便学会了。
在以后的几天里，我学的还不错。而且我惊讶的发现，原本讨厌学游泳的我，竟慢慢喜欢上了游泳，也没有以前那么反感了。
教练恐怖的声音响起：“今天我们在深水区练习游泳。一个个来，谁也别想逃！”我们听了，都心惊胆颤的望了望那深深的水，倒吸一口凉气。更倒霉的是，教练第一个就让我去。我怀着“风萧萧兮易水寒，壮士一去不复返”的心理战战兢兢的下了水，深吸一口气，向前游去。可能是紧张的原因吧，我的手脚又配合不起来了，扑腾了几下又站在了那里。我感觉到教练狼一样的眼睛正在瞅着我，我不禁一阵发冷，不敢多想，马上又游起来，还好后面比较顺利，没出现什么差错，我心里的一块大石头可算落了地。
通过这次学游泳，我明白了一个道理：其实世界上没有什么事情是你办不到的，只要你可以突破、可以坚持。就一定会有所成功，有所收获！

记得还是去年的暑假的事了，今天想起来仍感觉很可笑，上年暑假，我在家里看电视，看到一些小孩子在大海里自由快乐的游着，虽然我也去过大海，但我不敢下水，生怕淹着，于是，我让爸爸在在水一方给我报名了，来到浴场，我看着水很深，心里不觉害怕起来，心想“这么深的水，会不会淹着我，会不会呛着我？教练好像看透了我的心思说：不下水怎么知道水深不深。于是我听了教练的话，下了水，可是，我却沉了下去，教练连忙把我扶起来，教练对我说：你要先练习划水和蹬水。
第二次我吸取了第一次的'教训，带上了游泳圈，可是，我虽然没掉下去，可我喝了好几口水，教练说：一口水一元钱，你算算，你需要几元钱。我达到大概要三十元吧。说完我委屈的哭了，心想：学游泳这么难我不学了，可转念一想：既然我选游泳，就不能半途而废。
于是，我决定要认真练，好好练，于是我耐心的练起来，过了一个月，我不但学会了游泳，还会憋气了。
爸爸对我说看到了吧，这就是努力的结果，学习也要这样，我相信你加油！

it was in hot summer that i took a trip to qingdao, a port city in shandong province, one afternoon, i decided to go to the seaside to get relief from the heat. for the first time in my life, i swam in the sea.
at first, i was worried because though i was not a bad swimmer in the swimming pool, the sea was different. the waves coming one after another to the shore made a great noise and i thought they were going to swallow me up. i was terrified. cautiously and slowly, i went close to the water. how cold it was! i was just about to give it up when i suddenly caught sight of a small boy who was about a head shorter than me. weak as he seemed, he went straight into the sea without hesitation. i felt a little ashamed.“what a timid girl i am!”i said to myself.www
encouraged by his bravery , i continued advancing. soon all of my body was covered by water. before i got ready for a dive, a wave came over. it struck my face heavily and the water went into my eyes, nose and mouth. how bitter and salty it tasted! but i was not discouraged at all. i wiped off the water on my face, took a deep breath, and began swimming happily.
the waves became larger and larger, as if the sea was angry with me. when i saw a wave in the distance, i would hold my breath, and just before it came to where i was, i jumped up and easily kept myself from it. how exciting! i was just like lying on the clouds!
all that afternoon, i swam and jumped and had a very good time. when finally i had to leave, i took a last look at the sea. the waves were still beating the shore, but i was no longer frightened. “i must thank that little boy,”i said to myself.“it was he who gave me the courage.”

“叮呤呤”可恶的小闹钟催我起床，睁开眼，爸爸已经站在我的床边拍我了。吃过早饭，我便以百米赛跑的速度，直奔游泳池，到了游泳池，一望四周，只有三三两两的大人，我急忙换好衣服，纵身一跳。“扑通”，然后再勾着脚使劲一蹬，一下子我就窜出去老远，我非常得意地游向了对岸，不知谁把我的屁股一蹬，我一下子吃了个“狗啃泥”，呛得我眼泪直流，恨不得把他拖下水。
最有趣的是游泳比赛了，我和孟科羽一组，江采晴一发口令，我一个无影脚便游出去了，孟科羽使劲一蹬，也跟着游了出去，我不甘示弱，一个铁沙掌把他打回去了，他也不甘落后，一个猛虎爪，向我抓来，就这样，我们互不相让地来到了终点。
比赛结束后，老师让我们休息，我们不约而同地跑到了儿童戏水池打水仗。我一下子潜进水里，脚一直上下地拍打水花，水花让孟科羽输了。江采晴跑了过来：“刘畅，胜！”第二个课间休息孟科羽又来找我打水仗，但提出不许潜水，我同意了，没想到这一次比赛他反败为胜，打过了我，老远还听到他得意的声音。
就这样我们在学中玩，玩中学，非常开心。
