俗话说的好：“不登长城非好汉。”我们这次旅行的第二站就是八达岭长城。
一路上，我兴奋极了，虽说我人在车上，可我的心早已飞到了长城。关于长城的故事，我也听说了许多，在课本上也学了很多，可从没亲眼看见过，这次终于如愿以偿了。
不知过了多久，忽然一声喊叫着：“看啊!长城。”我猛地一下从座位上跳起来向窗外望去，果真是雄伟的长城，憧憬已久的长城!
遥望远方，长城像一条蜿蜒的巨龙横亘在山脉之间。
接着，我们随着人群登上了长城。我的脚一步步地落在那坚实的城砖上，看着这些数不清的条石，一块就有二三千斤重。那时候，没有火车、汽车，没有起重机，就靠着无数的肩膀，无数的手，一步步地抬上这陡峭的山岭。多少劳动人民的汗和智慧，才凝结成这前不见头、后不见尾的万里长城。
短暂而有深意的一天，就这样渡过。我心满意足，因为我领略了古代劳动人民的心和智慧。

什么?明天要去爬长城?大热天的还爬长城，一定又累又热。没办法，我只能在心里默默地祈祷老天爷能帮帮我，明天不要太热。
第二天起床后，我发现太阳公公没来上班，不知道是不是我的诚心感动了上天，他真的帮了我。吃过早饭，我们乘车来到长城脚下，下了车，我抬头望去，长城上已经密密麻麻地布满了早起的人们。此时，我迫不及待地要加入到这支爬长城队伍之中。
导游帮我们买好了票，我们开始了当天之旅。刚开始，长城的台阶还算平缓，我也浑身是劲，所以健步如飞，把妈妈、阿姨他们丢得远远的。可是过了一段时间，长城越来越陡峭了，简直是直上直下，加上我体力消耗过快，只得双手扶着扶手，小心翼翼地一步一步往上爬，此时的我简直成了蜗牛。当我爬到一大半时，“风姐姐”来了，可能是看我小小年纪，这么有毅力，就把凉爽的风奖励给我。你以为我会停下来享受凉风吗?不，我不会退缩，我要继续向上爬，因为我还记得说的一句话：“不到长城非好汉!”今天我一定要做一回好汉不可!
当我爬到居庸关的尽头时，太阳露出了笑脸对着我笑，白云也飘到了我的头顶向我祝贺。我举目眺望，看着巨龙般的长城，心里不仅暗暗地赞叹：我国古代的劳动人民是多么的伟大啊!

游客们，大家好，我姓李，你们可以叫我李导游。现在我们已经到了八达岭长城，让我给你们介绍一下吧。
远看长城，它像一条巨龙。在崇山峻岭之间蜿蜒盘旋，从东头的山海关到西头的嘉峪关，有一千三百万多里。
从北京出发，不到一百多里就来到长城脚下。这一段长城就修筑咋八达岭上，高大坚固，是用巨大的条石和城砖筑成的，城墙顶上铺着方砖，十分平整，像很宽的马路，五六匹马可以并行。
站在长城上，踏着脚下的方砖，扶着墙上的条石，很自然的想起古代修筑长城的劳动人民来，单看这数不清的条石，一块有两三千斤重，那时候没有火车、汽车，没有起重机，就靠着无数的肩膀无数的手，一步一步的抬上这陡峭的山岭。
游客们，多少劳动人民的汗和智慧才凝结成这前不见头，后不见尾的万里长城啊!
这个气魄雄伟的工程，在世界历已经是一个伟大的奇迹了。
