在商店里，我看见过各种各样的三明治，也吃过很多。我想；我吃的三明治都是商店买来的，那何不自己做一个呢！
说做就做是我的脾气，于是我到超市进行了一次集体大采购，我买的东西有：切片面包，火腿肠，鸡蛋和番茄酱。准备回家制作。
回到家，我走进厨房，按照说明书开始做了起来。首先，我拿来火腿肠并把它切成了一片一片的，只要切6到8片就可以了，在把切好的火腿肠放到盘子里备用。接着就是煎鸡蛋的过程了，这可是一个重要的工序，煎的时间长了鸡蛋就会糊，煎的时间短了又会不脆。我在锅里倒了一点油，把火打开，等油热了把鸡蛋打进锅里，只听到“哧”的一声，鸡蛋下锅了，我吓了一跳往后退了一步，虚惊一场啊。我正想把鸡蛋翻过来，我却停住了，生怕油贱起来。这时妈妈说；“佳佳你不用怕，你只要轻轻的把鸡蛋翻过来就好了。”我按照妈妈说的做，顺利的把鸡蛋翻了个面。过了一会儿在妈妈的帮助下我把鸡蛋煎好了，然后又用剩余的油来炒香肠，这样才能把香肠煎的更香。最后我就要开始平装三明治了，先把两片切片面包涂上番茄酱，然后把准备好的鸡蛋和相场夹在两片面包的中间，最后组合好的三明治放进微波炉烤1 分钟，一个完整的爱心三明治就完成了。
吃着我自己做的三明治就是不一样的，因为这是我的劳动果实，以后我做给我的同学和老师吃，一起来分享劳动的成果。
