summer can be very hot in southern taiwan where the temperature usually goes up to 32"c or more. because of the heat it is a trying experience to go to school or do anything else in a place that is not air-conditioned. also because of this i stay at home most of the time during the summer vacation and only occasionally go to the beach to plunge myself into the cool water as a way to keep my body less sticky.
actually i like swimming and think nothing is more refreshing than a swim. in the summer vacation that has just ended i went swimming many times with my classmates and we all had a good time. this summer vacation, however, was not spent entirely in seeking fun. as a second-year senior student i had to prepare myself for the college entrance examinations that were only a year away. in other words, i must find time to study, too.
so i divided my time between work and play during the summer vacation and derived much benefit from this arrangement.

形容九寨沟，不是单单一个\"美\"字所能表达清楚的——那儿，古朴的栈道，斑斓的彩林，青蓝色的湖泊，缭绕的云雾，壮丽的雪山，还有或别致，或与众不同的瀑布……哦，对，还有那充满了民族风情的.藏族寨子……或许，拥有这其中的任何一样，都是至美的一道风景线。
之前，我们就听说藏族人把这儿的湖泊称为海子——大海之子，一点不假，当我第一眼看到九寨沟的湖时，还真就把它当成了大海之子——青蓝色的湖水，与蓝色的大海的颜色比起来，真可谓是有过之而无不及。只是，毕竟是湖泊，总是比无边无垠的大海小的多，难怪，藏族人会把这里的湖泊称为海子！走在水边的栈道上，放眼望去，青蓝色的湖水与四周山上的彩林的颜色形成强烈的层次感，树的颜色有青翠的绿色，耀眼的红色，古朴的墨绿，淡雅的黄色……看到湖水与彩林的颜色的搭配如此美妙，我不禁感恩大自然，感激大自然的恩惠，感谢大自然带给我们这么美妙的视觉享受！
海子除了青蓝色的水色外，还有一个特点——清澈。湖水很深，甚至最深的地方达到了103米，但是，给人的感觉却是只有一米深——因为，你很容易就能看到湖底，看到湖底的鱼或是\"佁然不动\"，或是\"俶尔远逝\"。甚至有人嘟哝道：\"都说水至清则无鱼，可为什么这儿的鱼还这么快活？\"更有甚者吟起了的诗词：\"江山如此多娇，引无数英雄竞折腰。\"是啊，到了九寨沟，有谁会不为大自然的创造而折服呢？又有谁会不感恩大自然呢？

心的负荷沉重。寻寻觅觅，何时让生命本色回归自然？何时在精神泥潭突围？何时能锁定新的人生座标？何时让满是皱纹的心灵舒展？也许，亲情友情恋情都得伴随心累的`历程？也许，所谓的傲骨与傲气，都得付出心累的代价？也许，人的灵魂在某个层面上看，真的是无可救药？也许，什么也许也不要去想，方可减轻那生命难以承受之重。
岁月蹉跎，时光荏苒，历史的长河流沙滚石，洗濯出几许清静呢，试问又有谁能跳出红尘逍遥自在呢，人活着便注定奔波与劳碌，我们所能做的就是别让心太累。人真正长大以后才会感觉到心灵的负荷，精神的压力，最奢望的莫过于快乐的童年时代，真的希望自己永远也长不大。生活在南来北往的人群中，很多表面上的潇洒与倜傥真能代表他们的内心世界吗，其实很多的答案都是否定的。或许有一个故事在大家心中深深铭刻，伴着成长给你我很多感悟与启迪，我们能做的就是别让自己的心太累。
每个人都有过去，这些过去就形成了记忆堆积在心里的角落。一天一天，心里装的越来越多，心儿也越来越重。为何不尝试把过去那些不开心的事情全部舍弃掉，人活在世上有无数个太多。有太多的分分秒秒、太多的瞬间，也有太多的选择、太多的无奈，但这无数个太多的背后，你只能让心去承受沉淀；漫长的人生也是瞬间人生，让心孤独地去感悟吧，也许当心伤痕累累、流尽最后一滴心泪的时候，人生就不再有漫长，也就没有了瞬间！
生命是一个不停飘移的过程，你我所走过的每一个地方，每一个人，也许都将成为驿站，成为过客，一向喜欢追忆，喜欢回顾，喜欢不忘记。如今却发现，深刻在心里，那些东西早已在他们的时间里化成遗忘，不要让心太累，不要追想太多已不属于自己的人和事。对于曾经的驿站，只能剪辑，却不能驻足，对于曾经的过客，只能感激，不能强留。生命的脚步只有不停向前，才可能在生命没逝的时候找到自己的心灵归属。
