我坐在桌前，望着这些草药，一张苦瓜脸怎么也笑不出来。心中想：要喝中药了。可该怎么办呢？中药又苦又难喝，不想喝呀！
我走进厨房，药正在熬着，苦涩的药味一下子钻入了我的'鼻孔，紧紧捂着鼻子，赶紧逃离。刚出厨房门，又愁了起来呀！连味道都这么难闻，这药一定非常难喝。为什么中药就那么苦！

我一步步走向放药的桌子，觉得每一步都是那样沉重，好像在走向刑场，心中更是一百个不情愿：不想喝呀！
我端起杯子，心中数：一、二、三！喝！可是，我的双手却一点也不听大脑指挥，端起杯子的手反而放下了。“快喝吧！喝下去就好了！别害怕！加油！”无论大脑怎么鼓励，手还是无动于衷。大脑生气了：“喝！又有什么大不了的？不就苦那么一会儿嘛！”
我只好又端起杯子，送到嘴边，用最快的速度喝。药水从我的嘴里流过，苦涩却留了下来，我闭紧双眼，握紧拳头，只顾喝。药被我喝完了！放下杯子，迅速将白开水猛地朝嘴里灌，终于好了！
我将一颗阿尔卑斯糖放入嘴里，感觉比以往都要甜！
