我来到雨花台，一路走来，整个陵园苍松似海、翠竹成林。墙外面及地坪贴铺花岗石，朴素庄严。馆内陈列着烈士的遗物、遗像和文物史料。我们走过的不再是台阶，不再是平平常常的一段道路，我们是在穿越时空，走在了历史的年轮上!在这里，历史与建筑是与肉的结合，是灵魂与身躯的融合。没有灵魂的身躯只是一具形骸，没有身躯的灵魂亦只是一阵随风飘荡的轻烟!闭上眼,仿佛又回到了那个腥风雨的年代。
纪念碑坐落在主峰峰顶，占地面积 1万平方米。纪念碑高42.3米，碑体方型，宽7米，厚5米。正面镌刻邓小平手书“雨花台烈士纪念碑” 8个金字。碑前立有烈士铜像，高 5.5米，题为“宁不屈”。底层平台两侧立有向革命先烈肃立致敬的群众石刻雕像。
北殉难处烈士雕像用大小179块赭色花岗石砌成,高10.3米，长14.2米，由 9位烈士形象组成，表现了烈士们视如归的浩然正气。陵园由雨花台主峰等五个山岗组成，总的占地面积约54.2公顷。陵园正门立有一对石柱，朴素庄严，高约11.7米，象征俄国“十月革命”的道路。陵园内部有宽阔的广场和花坛。在雨花台的主峰建立了6.8米高的纪念碑，上刻有毛泽东同志手书的“难烈士万岁”六个大字。在烈士殉难处建有“革命烈士殉难处”牌坊以及其他的纪念物。
烈士的墓群位于西岗的西殉难处，东殉难处建有烈士纪念亭，北殉难处建有赭色花岗岩烈士就义群雕，雕像高10.3米、长14.2米，由党的工作者、知识分子、工人、农民、战士、学生等九位烈士形象组成，雕像充分的表现了烈士们临刑前大义凛然、视如归的浩然正气。在主峰东麓，建立了革命烈士史迹陈列馆，陈列着先烈们的遗像、遗书、遗物等革命文物，供后人参观缅怀。
数百位先烈们不顾个人安危，舍生忘，抛头颅洒热，经受了与火的洗礼，为人民作出伟大的贡献，他们用热的青春谱写了光辉的历史篇章，巍巍雨花，烈士们在这里永垂不朽!
