我们大家在学英语的同时。好像忘记了我们的母语。我们这中华民族五千年的悠久历史，老祖宗传下来的文化，魅力好像还抵不过一个“洋鬼子”说的“鬼话”是的，英语的确是国际通用语言。可是这就是我们要冷落我们伟大的母语的'原因吗？这原因是在不值一提。中文，是世界上能最清楚表达事物的语言，只改变语调，就能变换语义。中国的语言文字叫“汉字”，而英美的语言文字叫“单词”。
这就明显能体现出汉语的意思准确、精练。我本人是回族，但我并不讨厌“汉”语、“汉”话。相反，我却十分崇敬华夏文化，因为我是中国人。
但看现在世态，我们好像不该在打着中华民族的旗子，说我们是龙的传人了。外语肆意横行，把我们老祖宗留给我们的东西，推进了印度洋深处，实在可怕。我最后竭力大喊一句：“我们是中国人！！！”

在看第一集的时候，看着那些诱人的食物，不得不勾起我们的兴趣认真的去倾听每道食物的神奇与诱人之处。在此片当中，它都有详细的介绍，每道食物的具体做法，它的讲述也是蠢蠢欲动。让我们边看边惊叹，甚至还留着口水。在观看那些美食的同时，那些朴实的劳动人民的勤劳与智慧给我留下了深深的印象!
通过观看这部片子，我了解到每一道美食都伴随着辛勤的汗水。就像春笋的挖掘，那些有的劳动人民就知道在什么时候挖的春笋最鲜嫩可口，知道什么地方可以挖出春笋，挖出春笋后又该如何的保护好那些竹子的根系。知道挖出的`春笋该如何保存。正是因为有了他们的辛勤劳作，才出现了世界上各种各样的美食。正是因为他们勤劳的智慧，才能使得每一道食物完美的呈现在我们眼前，我由衷的佩服他们!
当然，在这部片中，我也感叹中华民族五千年悠久的饮食文化。就像那些传统的习俗，在除夕晚上，北方人喜欢自己做馒头，包饺子吃。通过自己的手工制作，做出可口的食物。这样的习俗一代接一代的传下来，虽说，在当今这个机械化的社会，自己亲手和面蒸馒头、包饺子的人越来越少，但是还是有人传承下来了，在这里我也希望不要让这种文化消失，有着更多的人可以传承这种习俗。繁衍中华民族的悠久文化。
在片中我也看到了，劳动人民的艰辛，他们为了生活，为了让孩子上学，不得不离开自己的家，用自己的体力换取一些钱。就像片中的挖藕兄弟，每年九月，他们都会来到湖北的嘉鱼县挖取大自然所赋予我们的一种长在水里的美食——藕。说到这里，我们也可以看到大自然对于我们人类的厚爱，我也希望作为人类的我们不要鼠目寸光，肆意的虐取!从他们兄弟两上看到了他们的艰辛劳作与朴实。他们说在大街上看到藕，就有一种亲切感，就感觉那些藕是通过自己的双手挖出来的!由此可见，他们是多么质朴的人，如今的我们在餐桌上随处可见藕，却不知道这些藕的背后有着多少故事，流了多少劳动人民的汗水。当我们在享受餐桌上的每一道美食上，我们都要想到那些勤劳的劳动人民，感谢他们的双手，让我们享受如此美味的佳肴!
虽说还只看了两集，但是这两集却让我受益匪浅!
