再一次走出人才市场，我几乎放弃了自己最初的理想。
每一家学校的招聘广告上都充斥着孩子们阳光般的笑脸和学校自从建校以来所有的荣誉。
最初，刚走出大学校门的我对此充满敬佩和羡慕。我相信那样的学校能够容纳下每一个新生事物，也包括我。我渴望得到一个校长的工作，哪怕学生们可能永远都不知道我是谁；哪怕没有薪水；哪怕只有一天的'任期，我都可以不在乎。
“下一个，千北。”我带着自己视若珍宝的档案袋，里面记录着我为了实现梦想的全部努力。
“我毕业于xx大学，担任过学生会主席，参加过支教，当过志愿者……”我还想继续说下去，可对方的主考官却早已看向了窗外。“我……”他不等我说完，猛地一挥手：“叫下一位！”我的视线里顿时一片模糊……
经过一次次地面试后，我头也不抬地走出了人才市场。
晚上窝在宿舍里，我双手合十，再一次登录了人才市场的官网。一则消息从一旁弹出：是简单网的招聘广告。我登录了简单的官网，把写过无数遍的个人信息提交回总部。
一时心来潮，我用高中时注册的简单账号登录了论坛。陌生的称呼和头像里看不到熟悉的面孔。我在新人报到的版块里写下了自己的此时的心情：“如果有人说，她想成为简单网的校长，大家对此有什么意见吗？我是千北，我知道我们并不认识，但是我想试试。”
下了线后，我回想起过去在简单学习的日子。倚在窗台上，无力再说什么。而不经意地一瞥之后，惊喜的泪光溢满眼角，此时，已是月圆。
打开视频，和远在太原的母亲聊了一个钟头。在母亲的授意下，我再次登录了论坛。回复像雪花一样飞来。同学们鼓励的话语给了我继续追梦的勇气。来自简单网的电子邮件飞到了我的邮箱，是一张面试通知。
接下来的一切，千北一步步走向了另一个自己，一个真正的自己。就像《当幸福来敲门》里的chris，千北迎来了自己的幸福。
作为千北校长的我每天看着同学们提出的建议和意见，双手在键盘上愉快地跳跃。桌角放着一杯咖啡，映着我嘴角的微笑。
我的脑海里一个个关于新课程的方案在老师们的精心准备下变成了现实，让每个孩子都能选到自己需要的课程。
闲暇时，也喜欢在论坛上和同学们谈论家事国事天下事，闲聊青年们乐衷的明星和时尚话题。会以一个大姐姐的名义帮助同学们走出少年少女封闭的心境。
千北校长举办了很多的讲座，让大家体会到学习的快乐，以及该如何于父母和老师进行沟通看着孩子们的邮件挤满了我快乐的邮箱，我感到了自己肩上的责任。我一封一封地回复，把自己的心得和祝福传给那些渴望得到回答的天使们。
回完最后一封邮件，已是半夜。我站在窗前，想起了上一次月圆。
