今天我给大家介绍一个我经常去健身的好地方—缝山针公园。缝山针公园原来是一座座青山，由于人们的`无序开采石头把山炸的千疮百孔，花草树木都被破坏了，空气也受到严重的污染，大家都怨声载道。人们为了保护环境，就在山顶用铁制作了一个医用缝合针造型，告诫人们不能破坏环境。
现在通过人们的绿化，山上绿树成荫，山地绿草成茵，百花齐放，当你走进缝山针公园，空气清新，泉水叮咚，池中的小鱼在戏水，小鸟在枝头歌唱，鲜花芬芳扑鼻，蜿蜒曲折的石阶伸向山顶，成了市民休闲健身的好去处。

我的家乡坐落在武夷山旁，是一个美丽又朴实的村庄。
春天，柳树还刚刚吐出丝丝嫩芽时，小鸟已在枝头高声歌唱，那时的小孩最喜欢上山捉鸟，采蘑菇，或者上树掏鸟窝。春雨过后，一棵棵春笋拔地而起，不知名的野花，绿油油的小草长满大山。这时，村庄里的大人都种起了早稻，孩子们也喜欢躲在田野里，闻着泥土的芳香。春天是一个快乐的季节。
夏天，村庄旁的武夷山已是绿树成荫、花团锦簇，村庄边小溪和大山成了孩子们的游乐园。小孩们爱拿木盆当船，拿树枝削成各式各样的船桨，在小溪里比赛划船，胜利者可以得一条黄鳝和一把香喷喷的花生米。大家都喜欢拿一个小板凳，拉着通讯员在树下给我们讲外面的世界是什么样子。孩子们很喜欢拿着一根根竹竿，竹竿上头放在松脂里沾一沾，就去山上捉知了，捉到后放在火上烤一烤就可以吃了。夏天是一个多姿多彩的季节。
秋天，山上一片火红，落下来的红树叶仿佛给地上铺上了一条红地毯。站在稻田边，一眼望去，一片金黄，村里的大人正乐呵呵的收稻谷，我们小孩子就成群结队的去爬山，一路上摘一些果子，在山上眺望村庄。秋天是一个丰收的季节。
冬天，白雪给大地盖上一床棉被，天气异常的冷，一些地方，还结了冰碴子，可孩子们不怕冷，穿上棉袄就出去了。他们喜欢拿冰碴子在嘴里嚼，堆雪人、打雪仗、滚雪球。大雪过后，大人们都说明年一定能丰收，因为瑞雪兆丰年。
我的家乡犹如一幅美丽的画卷，令人神往，我为自己的家乡感到骄傲，我爱我的家乡──武夷山。
