我是一只小蜜蜂。我们蜜蜂是过群体生活的。在一个蜂群中有三种蜂：一只蜂王，少数雄蜂和几千到几万只工蜂。我就是这千万工蜂之一。
我的母亲就是蜂王，它的身体，几乎丧失了飞行能力。这没有关系，它有千千万万个儿女，我们可以供养它，也算尽了孝道吧！在我的家族中，只有蜂王可以产卵，它一昼夜能为我们生下1？5万到2万个兄弟。蜂王的寿命大约是三年到五年，在我们家族中它可以说是寿星了。
在蜂群中还有一种蜂叫雄蜂，它和我们大不相同，它“人高马大”身体粗壮，翅也长。它的责任就是和蜂王交尾。交尾之后，它也就一命呜呼了。？要说家族中数量最多，职责的还是我们工蜂。我们是蜂群的主要成员，工作也最繁重：采集花粉、花蜜，酿制我们的“口粮”、哺育我们的弟弟们、饲喂我们的母亲、修造我们的房子、保护家园、调节室内温度和湿度……别看这样，我们的身体是非常弱小的，我们的寿命也只有六个月，就像天空的流星一样――一闪即逝，仅有一点儿时间去闪耀自己的.光辉。
我们蜜蜂是自然界里最勤劳的了。开花时节，我们忙得忘记早晚，有时还趁着月色采花酿蜜。蜜是很难酿的，我们要酿一公斤蜜，必须在100万朵花上采集原料。如果我们的蜂巢同采蜜的花丛距离一公里半，那么我们采一公斤蜜就得飞上45万公里，差不多等于绕地球赤道飞行11圈。看样子，我们的功业并不次于“阿波罗号”呢！虽然我们采蜜难，但每年一窝蜂都能割几十斤蜜。在广东的同族们一年四季都不闲着。如果动物世界也有组织的话，那么我们蜜蜂一定能获得“最热爱劳动奖章”。

不少人都看到过象，都说象是很大的动物，是不假，象的确是陆地上的动物。目前已知的象净重达十三点五吨，相当于九辆汽车那么重，最小的也有三吨左右。我国发现过一头四点二吨重的象，大约五米长，一只脚就有几头大肥猪那么重。它要是站着不动，在它的四条腿之间，就算举起手来也摸不到它的腹部，四个人围着桌子在它的四条腿中间看书，还显得十分宽敞。
象的祖先是始祖象，它并没有长鼻子，也没有长长的象牙，看上去像是一头肥猪似的；下一代是恐象，它的下颌骨有一对向下弯曲的长长的象牙；再下一代便是传到了今天的大象。它们的鼻灵活得如同一条灵蛇似的，两只象牙就如同两只银光闪闪的匕首似的。腿粗得如同四根大柱子，两只耳朵十分巨大，像两把咖啡色的大蒲扇似的，那条尾巴细细的，甩起来和鞭子似的，响得很。
象的种类很多，总的来说可以分成两大类，一类是亚洲象，鼻子较短，一类是非洲象，鼻子较长。
象的身子这么大，它们吃什么呢？大象平时吃的食物是象草，一天可以吃十几斤。它们找到象草后，便伸出长鼻子，卷起了一把象草，不费劲地拔下来，张开大嘴，用鼻子把象草塞进嘴里，嚼起来。大象也喜欢吃西瓜，成年象与小象吃法完全不同。成年象吃西瓜时，往往都是把西瓜卷起，咬碎后再吃。小象则是用沉重的脚“咚”的一声把西瓜踩碎，再从地面上一片一片地捡起来吃。
象睡觉地姿势十分有趣，非洲象是站着睡觉的，睡时靠在树干上。并把长鼻子弯曲，鼻端卷进嘴里，轻轻含着，这样是为了不让小虫子和蚂蚁爬进来。亚洲象是把腿伸开侧着睡的，如果它和非洲象一样是站着睡的，就说明这只象生病了。大象一天睡眠不能超过两到三个小时，但能坚持两天不睡觉。所以象是世界上睡眠时间最短的动物。
象是胎生的，小象靠吃母象的奶长大，所以象是哺乳动物。非洲象孕期有二十二个月，是世界上孕期最长的动物。隔四到九年生一只，双胞胎的可能性非常的小，刚出生时有一百多斤重，会同母象一起生活八到十年。一般的象可以活八十到一百岁。

Visiting the Zoo
Yesterday was Sunday and it was a fine day.My parents and I visited the zoo.We went by bus.We started out at 8:00 in the morning and got there at 8:30.There were many people in the zoo.Some were watching the animals,some were playing games and others were resting under the trees.We went to watch the birds first.Then we came to see the monkeys.They were very lovely.We also saw the tigers and the lions.We saw many animals in the zoo.We felt very happy.
