我喜欢锻炼英语作文【一】
我们几个展馆讲解员一阵“浓妆艳抹”之后，站在各自的岗位上兴奋而紧张地等待着嘉宾的到来。正当我还在心里默念讲解台词呢，忽然听见一阵嘻嘻哈哈地谈笑声。随即，几个外校同学的身影闯入我的眼帘。这让还全神贯注地投入在默念讲解词的我吓得不禁抖了一下身子。接着一大队同学如汹涌潮水般向我这边涌过来。我被他们层层围住，真不知如何是好。就这样，外校师生来了好几批，我们有时有些不知所措地呆立着，有时就向他们一一讲解。
等我们讲解完了一批又一批，正蹲在地上稍作休息时。突然，老师跑进来说：“领导来了！快准备好喔！”我不顾站了一下午酸痛的双脚和麻木的双腿，倏地站起来，整了整衣领，擦掉手汗，抿着发干的嘴唇，还不停地咽口水，来湿润一下喉咙。最后就在挺直腰板的那一瞬间，领导安静地走进来。一岗讲解员的声音娓娓道来……
时间就像指间的'沙粒般飞逝，怎么一晃眼就到我了？我稍作停顿，不紧不慢地指着图片开始了介绍。这次的领导很严肃，没有愉快的谈笑，似乎也没有很认真的倾听，而是自己浏览着。这让我很失望也很难堪，甚至都没有勇气再笑起来。我在心里暗暗给自己鼓劲。笑！要微笑！终于我毫无保留地把笑容释放了出来——不管那些领导是否留意到了，但至少我是以热情对待的。
我怀着满满的成就感，以宽容地一笑结束了我今天的最后一次讲解。虽然错过了游园活动，但是我并不后悔。因为我相信：有磨砺就会有闪光。我今天的一次锻炼，就是离“闪光”更进一步！

绿川幸是我最喜爱的日本漫画家之一。他的漫画作品大多以短篇为主，构思巧妙，因而拥有众多漫迷。

在她的作品中我最喜爱的一部是《夏目友人帐》。
The comic book mainly talks about that the hero Xiamuguizhi has a special ability to see the bogies. He is unsociable because his parents are dead. And he often lives in his relatives' home when he is a little boy and his friends at his age always tease him because he has a special ability. Although he experiences many unfortunate things, he is still very kind and without complaint at anyone. Eventually he is adopted by a couple who is very friendly and let him go to high school. One day, He is pursued by a bogie and hid in a shrine. He breaks a powerful bogie‘s seal whose name is Ban. And that involves her grandmother Xiamulingzi’s relics--a contract that sigh with the bogies. Since then, this powerful bogie turns itself into a cat in daily life to stay with Xiamu to protect him with the condition that Xiamu should give the contract to it after he die. But before that Xiamu decides to try his best to give the name in the contracts to the bogies and let them get free. Thus, a loving, touching, scary story is opened up.
《夏目友人帐》主要讲述了男主人公夏目贵志拥有可以看到妖怪的特殊能力。因为父母双亡他的性格较为孤僻，并且由于他具有特殊的能力，他常辗转在于亲戚之间并被同龄人欺负。虽然他经历了许多不幸，但他依旧有好善良没有埋怨任何人。最终他被有好善良的藤原夫妇收养并进入高中。有一天，他被妖怪追赶躲进神社，不小心打破了一只强大妖怪斑的封印。并牵涉到了他祖母夏目玲子的遗物—一本同妖怪签订的`契约书。之后，这只强大的妖怪平时便变成猫的样子待在夏目身边保护他，但是他的条件是夏目后要把这本契约书给它。但在此之前夏目决定尽其所能把契约书上的名字还给妖怪们让它们得到自由。由此，一个个温馨、感人、惊险的故事就此展开。

??晚锻炼随感作文昨天早上起得有点晚了，错过了晨练时间。
对于锻炼是会上瘾的这句话，我一直是中立的态度，然后到了昨天傍晚的时候，我看着窗外渐渐暗下来的天色，突然觉得也许自己可以这个时间点去锻炼一下，算是补一下清晨错过的活动。
我想，也许这就是无意中养成的一个习惯吧。
当我踏着傍晚的暮色，开始往公园的地方慢跑的时候，心里想的是，也当是给自己不一样的体验，看看清晨与暮色下不同的风景吧。
到达公园的时候，天几乎是暗下来了，路灯与月光一起把地面上铺亮，我打开运动软件，感受着夜色中不同的`心情，慢慢地跑着，到了那条较长的路线时，我抬眼发现转弯处，一个两个，同样在夜色中漫跑的身影。
”哇，没想到这个时间还有其他跑步锻炼的人，“我正感慨着，发现另外的路口还有其他的跑步者。
他们之间，有男的，也有女的，大都是中青年的年纪，也有一位年纪稍长一点的，一边听着新闻一边快步走。
我很欣喜地加入了他们的锻炼队伍，我觉得夜色中的锻炼也颇有不一样的感受。
