我今天想竞选组长一职，这个职位有许许多多的人向往，但这职位需要一个有责任心的人来担任，或许我还不够好，但我认为我可以做好，我有这个决心，伟大的心理学家、教育家耐基曾经说：“不要怕推销自己，只要你认为自己有才华，你就应该大胆提任这个或那个职务。”
假如老师和同学让我竞选成功，我会用前所未有的精力，清醒的脑子和认真的态度完成这项工作。我一定会全力以赴，做到最好，上课认真积极，下课饱览全书，还会为同学和老师做力所能及的事。严格要求自己，为同学树立一个好榜样，并在老师展开活动时帮忙，我知道自己还有不足的地方，比如脾气不好、爱发火……等等，我会认认真真的去改正，人谁无错，只要知错就改就行，我还不会与别人因为一点点事公报私仇，更不会辜负老师和同学的信任。如果我选上了组长，我一定会像唐朝皇帝（李世民）一样，不乱用权职，不因公徇私。当然，每个班干部都应该这样。就算我选不上班干部，我相信其他任职的班干部也一定会做的很好，在优秀的班干部的带领下，我们班级一定会和睦相处，团结一致，遵守纪律，尊师重道。
