要做到句子简明、完整、通顺、明确。
1、根据题目要求作完全准确的表述（此时不要过多地考虑字数的多少）；
2、对照字数要求进行简缩：① 去除无关紧要的修饰语，② 多音节词改为单音节词，③用简称（尤其是地名）。
3、将句子连起来读一遍，看是否有语病，如有，必须修改。
